The theoretical part of this work is devoted to principles of financial analysis and its use in practice. The practical part represents selected applied theory for IMI International s.r.o. Based on the obtained results are made proposals for improving the current situation.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the current financial situation of the selected company with the proposal of the possibility of future financing. The first part of the thesis is devoted to defining the basic terminology and theoretical approaches of individual financial analyzes. In the second part which is practical, the acquired theoretical knowledge is applied. Brief description of the company and focuses on a detailed financial analysis of the company using selected analytical methods. At the end of the work, the current financial health of the company is evaluated and the possibility of future financing of the company is suggested.

The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part consists of the theory necessary to perform a financial analysis. The second part deals with the specific analysis of the mentioned company and in the last part possible solutions to improve the financial situation are suggested.

The alternative market of the Prague Stock Exchange is the START Market, which is suitable for smaller and innovative czech companies. This is about an unregulated market, which means that the conditions of admission conditions and trading rules are set by the stock exchange. The thesis defines the basic starting points, which are connected with the capital market, the market organizer and the initial public offering of stocks (IPO).

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze intently selected financial indicators of joint-stock companies operating in a beverage industry that are listed on the US stock market. The first part of the thesis elaborates theoretical concepts related to shares, investments, specific methods of a financial analysis and the American stock market. In the practical part an analysis of the ratio indicators will be conducted, followed by a credit and bankruptcy model and concluded with a comparison of the results. Lastly, recommendations for investments into certain companies will be provided.

This thesis deals with evaluation of insurance protection of the municipality of Lešná as well as with the analysis and comparison of proposals of insurance protection property of the municipality offered by other commercial insurance companies. Based on risk analysis and the current status of insurance coverage are proposed steps to make it more efficient by using the current offer of insurance products. This thesis also contains recommendations for choosing an insurer with regard to the ratio of the scope of the offered insurance protection and the amount of the premium.

Analytical part of the thesis comprises macro and micro environmental analysis at market research to detect potential demand in defined area. Result of business plan is establishment proposal.
