Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prvotní veřejnou nabídku akcií (IPO) z pohledu stěžejních faktorů, které ovlivňují podnik při úvahách o emisi cenných papírů. První část obsahuje vysvětlení teoretických pojmů, které se pojí s IPO a jsou důležité pro její úspěšnou realizaci. V druhé části jsou provedeny vybrané analýzy, které popisují připravenost k získání statusu veřejně obchodované společnosti u vybraného podniku. Poslední část práce formuluje doporučení o vstupu na kapitálový trh na základě zjištěných informací. The bachelor thesis focuses on the initial public offering (IPO) in terms of key factors that affect the company when considering issues of its securities. The first part contains an explanation of theoretical concepts that are connected with the IPO and are important for its successful realisation. The second part examines selected analyzes that describe the readiness to go public in a selected company. The last part of the work formulates recommendations for entering the capital market based on found information.
