Business Plan for the Center for Climbing Sports
Onderková, Veronika ; Janírek, Martin Stanislav (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for starting a company in the field of mountain climbing. The plan is based on the theoretical part of the thesis, which contains the general structure of a business plan, and the prerequisites for a successful new business, using the analyses of the market (SWOT and SLEPT). The company will be located in Opava and it will be operating an artificial climbing wall, teaching classes and renting climbing equipment.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the ADAVAK, s.r.o. Company and Proposals for its Improvement
Kitnerová, Radka ; Bělušová, Zora (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a major financial analysis for the financial period 2006 – 2009 to evaluate the management of the company ADAVAK, s.r.o.. The work is theoreticaly defined and practicaly applied of the horizontal and vertical analysis, differential analysis and financial ratios. Based on the evaluation of the results of financial analysis are identified weaknesses in the management of the company. These issues are solved in the proposal part of the thesis, focusing on appropriate recommendations to improve the current situation of the company management.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of AGRI CS a.s. and Proposals for its Improvement
Vudková, Lucie ; Kadlec, Tomáš (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
The Bachelor´s thesis assesses the financial situation of the company AGRI CS, a.s. through support information sources and chosen indicators of financial analysis. In the introductory part is presented the chosen methodology for the assessment of the financial situations of the company which is applied in the practical assessment of the financial health of the company. Based on the results of the financial analysis are defined weaknesses in the management of the company. Goal is to define a set of measures to improve the current situation of the company.
Universal precision rectifiers with current active elements and current excitation
Uher, Jiří ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals mainly with universal precision full-wave rectifiers with current excitation of diodes, it also describes current and universal current conveyor and influence of the diode reverse recovery time. In the end of this thesis a new circuit solution of the universal precision full-wave rectifier is proposed and realized.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement
De Valerio, Marcel ; Vencl, Tomáš (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
The main content of this bachelor thesis is financial situation of selected company using selected methods of financial analysis. The processing of financial analysis is perfomed during 2007 – 2011 period. Further purpose to identify weakness es in management and propose recommendations for future development.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement
Klemensevič, Ivo ; Petrjánoš, Marian (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
The thesis analyzes the specific company H + H Technika, spol. s. r. o. in the period 2006 – 2010. The theoretical section describes the methods o finanncial analysis, its users and the indicators by which problems are detected in the area of financial stability. Based on these problems are identified proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.
Modelling of differential current amplifier
Polák, Josef ; Šotner, Roman (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of my diploma thesis was programming of systems for measuring AC, DC and impedance measurements. Each measuring system measures selected characteristics of current amplifier with controllable amplification DACA_N. Control programs I have created in Agilent VEE Pro 9.2. The measured data are stored to executable files in MS Excel for further processing. With created measurement programs I made measurements of eight current amplifiers. The results of individual measurements I compiled into graphs and compared with each other circuit characteristics of amplifiers. Then there is described controlling and connection of current amplifier and its construction. At the end the diploma thesis describes amplifiers with the worst and the best measured circuit characteristics. The measured values show that the amplifier DACA_N with slight differences works by theoretical assumptions and measurement systems suggested by me work with no problem.
Design of new V/I and I/V converters for the measurement of current-mode filters
Jarník, Lukáš ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with problems of analog differential converters, which are used in measuring circuits working in the current mode. The aim of this thesis is to propose a new voltage to current and current to voltage converter, that should influence measured frequency properties as little as possible. Commercial active elements are use to design converters. Active components are compared on the basis of properties as bandwidth and slew rate. Designed converters are simulated in Orcad PSpice program. Converters, of the best behavior are practically implemented and measured. Measured and simulated values are compared.
Evaluation of Broadening Service Portfolio in Chosen Business Entity
Koreček, Lukáš ; Švejda, Jiří (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to evaluate the extension of service portfolio at one year functioning entity focused on sales of RC models (Radio controlled models). Thesis represents a developed business plan based on results of the SWOT analysis, financial planning, competition analysis customer analysis and analysis of the marketing mix. The result of this work is based on these analyzes to formulate recommendations in the form most suitable design for the project implementation. Result of the this work is to express and formulate recommendations in the form of the most suitable design for the project implementation.
Fully-differential frequency filters with controllable active elements
Zapletal, Miroslav ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the fully-differential frequency filters that work in current-mode and the tunability is made possible by active elements. In the first part we will deal with theoretical analysis of frequency filters, and a closer approximation of a filter design method. The second part deals with designing of frequency filters using signal-flow graphs method, converting not differential structures to differential structures and comparing the results of proposed filters. In the third part will be made up our suggested filter. It will be also measured out in VUT laboratory to verifying his functionality. Last we will compare results of real detect values of differential and not differential connection. The last part is the conclusion, in which an assessment of the whole work is made.
