Je porovnáno biochemické složení listoví v obou lokalitách a nalezeny statisticky významné rozdíly svědčící o lepším stavu listoví v lokalitě Kovářská.

Thesis title: Mini hockey in the 4th grade category and its differences from regular hockey viewpoint of individual play moves. Thesis objectives: To ascertain and compare the number of individual play moves in mini hockey and modern hockey in the 4th grade by way of indirect observation and audiovisual technology. Method: For data collection we used indirect observation via a videocamera. Data thus collected was processed, filled in to charts and compared. Results: Mini hockey players made 9x more successful shots (7x more on the wicket and 2x more outside of it), the rival team's goal-keeper sent forth 4x more shots and caught 3x more. Mini hockey players handed off accurately 2x more frequently and there were also 2x more inaccurate handoffs. They processed 2x more successful handoffs and further 3x more unsuccessful ones. In personal matches, mini hockey players won 2x more pucks. The players were able to break free by changing direction or speed 2x more often, as well as by doubling. Mini hockey players were 2x more frequently in contact with the puck than modern hockey players. Keywords: Mini hockey, regular hockey, 4th grade, individual play moves
Barriers to the Development of Wind Energy Use in the Czech Republic
Lukeš, Petr ; Sládek, Ivan (advisor) ; Voják, Karel (referee)
The development of the wind energy exploitation is a sum of processes which are subject to variety of heterogeneous factors. The nature and the leverage power of those factors vary and develop over time. Each regional or national location can be characterized by variety of factors, which are specific for respective locations. The wind energy development in the Czech Republic is influenced by number of barriers which restrain or slow down further progress. These barriers stem from environmental, economical, social and institutional disposition/nature of respective technologies. This thesis at first, based on available qualitative and quantitative data, describes and analyzes the situation and development of the wind energy exploitation. Specifics of the wind energy are placed in the context of selected European countries where factors and barriers influencing the development is described. The theme is regarded with spatio-temporal distribution of a "new technology". The thesis goes on focusing on identification of barriers that have impact on the wind energy development in the Czech Republic. Those restrictions/barriers are subsequently confronted with stands and perception of specific stakeholders, which are involved in the process. Analyses are carried out not only on individual barriers but also...
NO Synthases, TGF-beta 1 and EGF Expression in Patients with Proven Oropharyngeal Helicobacter Pylori Infection and its Role in Oropharyngeal Pathogenesis
Lukeš, Petr ; Astl, Jaromír (advisor) ; Šlapák, Ivo (referee) ; Fučíková, Terezie (referee)
The thesis focuses on detection of Helicobacter pylori (HP) in the oropharyngeal lymphatic tissue and changes of selected cytokines expression according to the inflammatory response to the HP infection. HP is well known gastric pathogen, which leads to the development of chronic gastritis, gastric ulcers and malignancies such as gastric carcinoma or MALT lymphoma. According to the supposed way of transmission of this bacterium, oral cavity was investigated for HP presence recently. Data about possible colonisation of oropharyngeal tissue are insufficient. Several papers were published with inconsistent results. This inconsistency is due to different investigation methods used. The pathogenetic effect of HP in the oropharyngeal tissue was not investigated. It is supposed, that HP could lead to inflammation or carcinogenesis of oropharyngeal tissue in the same way as in gastric mucosa. The presence of HP in oropharyngeal tissue samples of patients suffering from tonsillar carcinoma, chronic tonsillitis or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) was investigated in this study. Real-time PCR was used. Part of the patients was investigated for gastric HP presence using UBT and PCR. Specific anti-HP antibodies and levels of EGF and TGF-beta 1 were detected in sera. Differences in iNOS, eNOS and caspase-3 were...

The constructional systém is made of ceramic bricks filled with mineral isolation.
Formation of RONS in cold air plasma activazed water and their effects on cell membranes of Escherichia coli
Tarabová, B. ; Machala, Z. ; Doležalová, Eva ; Lukeš, Petr
In this work, we focused on the detection of secondary reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) formed by cold plasma induced gas-liquid chemistry in air discharge activated water and liquids. Plasma induced chemical changes in plasma activated water (PAW) were correlated with the antibacterial effect, sublethal injury of bacterial cells and peroxidation of membrane lipids. The contribution of the electric field induced by the plasma treatment was evaluated by the detection of membrane permeabilization. The bactericidal effects of direct (plasma and PAW) and indirect (only PAW) treatments were compared with long-term preservation of the PAW with its antibacterial properties
Spectroscopic Study of Underwater Electrical Discharge Generated by Nanosecond Pulses.
Pongrác, Branislav ; Šimek, Milan ; Babický, Václav ; Člupek, Martin ; Lukeš, Petr
Underwater electrical discharge generated by high voltage pulses with nanosecond duration (~110 kV amplitude on the needle, ~5 ns duration (FWHM), 1 Hz repetition rate) has been investigated. Time–resolved optical emission spectroscopy showed different emission spectra profile of the ns–pulsed discharge compared to the μs–pulsed discharges investigated previously. Some characteristic peaks typical for water discharges (Hα, OI) were clearly visible in the spectra. In addition, the integral light emission of the discharge was recorded by photomultiplier tube.
Evolution of Point-To-Plane Nanosecond Discharge in Deionized Water
Šimek, Milan ; Pongrác, Branislav ; Člupek, Martin ; Babický, Václav ; Lukeš, Petr
We employed techniques of time-resolved ICCD microscopy and spectroscopy to register basic morphologic and emission fingerprints of micro-discharges produced in deionized water. Fast risetime high-voltage pulses (duration of 5 ns and amplitude of ~110 kV) applied in a point-to-plane electrode geometry produced micro-discharges either periodically or in a single-shot regime. Time resolved ICCD images evidence typical streamer-like branched filamentary morphology while emission spectra show a broad-band continuum evolving during the first few nanoseconds followed by the well-known HI/OI atomic lines (tens of ns).
