This bachelor work is about financial analysis of Nestlé Česko, s. r. o. in a period of years 2003 - 2007. The work is composed of methodological and practical part. Methodological part includes common information about indicators essential to the creation of practical part. Practical part attends to the calculations. Some financial indicators are compared with the results of sector and company - Opavia - LU.

The main objective of this work was to assess the financial health of Barum Continental spol. s r.o. Analysis was conducted for the period 2002 - 2007, with an emphasis on the last 3 years. Primarily were used elementary analysis methods, which work with the extensive and intensive indicators. Thesis monitors the development of key indicators, assesses whether the company effectively manage its working capital and cash flow, whether it achieves sufficient profitability, effectively controls the area of liquidity etc. Modern methods, which enable to predict future development, were used as well(Altmanova Z-score, index IN05 and EVA). To assess the overall prosperity of the company we should concern the analysis of macroeconomic situation, which the firm must adapt.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the financial analysis of the company ZVVZ a.s. during the period of 2003 - 2007. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the methodological part are introduced theoretical bases for financial analysis. In the application part I closely looked at calculation of particular indexes which I used for the evaluation of the financial situation in analyzed company.

Design of business processes and organization structure change in GfK Praha, s.r.o.

In the first part of the diploma thesis is described the relevant theory of the Business Process Management which is fundamental background for the practical second part of the thesis. The theoretic part contains of a general description of the Business Process Management and a description of the BPM design phases, such as planning, analyzing, designing, and implementing. The second part of the diploma thesis focuses on the design of the Business Process Management in GfK Praha, s.r.o. First the company is introduced globally as well as locally. Afterwards the local branch is analyzed by real data and especially by many structural interviews with GfK employees. Most importantly, based on the workshops with the cooperative employees, there are designed new processes into the connected process maps.

Veškerá použitá data jsou za roky 2004, 2005, 2006 a 2007.

Ve druhé části, je představena společnost LIPOVICA trade s.r.o. a provedena praktická aplikace postupů finanční analýzy, nejdůležitější poznatky a doporučení jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.

Finanční analýza se snaží vytvořit pohled na spolehlivost, stabilitu, ekonomické zdraví a budoucí vývoj společnosti Sahneböhm Praha, s.r.o. Součástí analýzy jsou poměrové ukazatele, IN index, Quick test, srovnání s konkurenčními podniky atd. Celá bakalářská práce je rozdělena na metodický aparát, kde jsou popsány všechny postupy a uvedeny všechny vzorce. V praktickém aparátu jsou pak tyto vzorce a postupy aplikovány na podniková data.
