Analysis of Human Resource Performance, Measurement and Planning in a Selected Company

The diploma thesis is focused on the use of personal resources in the team Support of applications belonging under the Service Desk in a selected company. The task is to analyze the current state and to propose how to extend a report on a quality and demanding requirements of selected applications. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and methodological part, where basic information on human resources and their management is presented, and an application part where the selected company is presented and analyzed the current state of utilization of human resources. The comparison between the data from the report and the facts is based on observations and interviews with employees. Benefits of this work are better data in the reports, which determine the possibility of acquiring human resources to the team. In the future, the information obtained will serve as a basis for setting up effective workflow management in the new system. At the end of the thesis, an overall evaluation of the thesis is made, the solution and the prediction of the further development of the human resources utilization in the selected team are proposed.
Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis is focused on motivation and remuneration of employees in the company Zemědělsko obchodní družstvo Zalší. The theoretical parts explain the basic concepts related to the issue. In the practical part of the thesis the company is introduced and trough employee survey analyzed the current way of motivation and remuneration. Based on results, at the end of the thesis there will be presented proposals and recommendations that could help to an improvement in the current situation and to increasing employee satisfaction.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the motivational factors identification and the employee´s reward system evaluation. The theoretical part explains the basic terms related to motivation, rewarding and evaluation. The practical part is focused first on the description of the chosen company and its current reward system. The results of my research follow – the evaluation of questionnaires and conducted interviews with employees and company´s management. In conclusion, I will summarize all the important findings and suggest solutions which could help to improve the reward system and motivating to the mutual satisfaction of employees and management.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of motivation in a selected company. The literature search will explain the basic concepts associated with this issue. In the analytical part, the company will be introduced and data collection will take place through internal materials and structured interviews. Based on this information, the motivation system will be analyzed, employee satisfaction and loyalty will be examined, and proposals will be proposed to improve the existing motivation system, retain existing employees, increase their satisfaction and reduce turnover costs.

The goal of the thesis is to first analyze existing incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and then propose its improvements in line with the achieving higher efficiency of employees work. In the theoretical background chapter, author aims at explanation of basics concepts connected with this problematic. The practical part deals with the existing incentive system and after finding the results author will recommend maybe any modification of existing system or just completely new one.

Then where is the problem thoroughly analyzed and practical examples of problems and their current solution are included. After this comprehensive introduction to the topic, new solution will be proposed, which would have the maximum possible effect through theoretical knowledge, logical reasoning, and ultimately practical experience and analytical calculations.
