Intensity of Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method according to heart rate

Tittle: The intensity of the Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method according to heart rate Objective: The objective is to determine the level of exercise intensity of Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method through assessment of the dynamics of probands's heart rate. Method: Method of measuring heart rate through sport testers and written inquiries (specifically to detect weight, height, age, gender, any health ailments and frequency of sports activities per week) was used to reach the objective of this work Results: Set of information was acquired by measurement and questioning. These research data has served in the first phase for answering scientific questions raised in this work. Furthermore, it will be used as a working tool for the author of this work and for instructors of group lessons of Bosu and Pilates type. Conclusions will serve them to extend their knowledge about the reaction of the organism (by evaluating heart rate) for this type of lessons, particularly on the intensity of the lesson. Comparation of the rules of the rhythmic gymnastics and content of the all around in two Olympics cycles

In this diploma work there are compared performances and the difficulty of gymnasts' routines (exercies) at the World level. In rhythmic gymnastics (RG) by monitoring and observation I am going to find out the reason, why the national team members the places in the fifth top ten gymnasts (athlets). In this work I am going to observe one of the best European gymnast A. Maksymenko of Ukraine, who regularly participates in the European, World Championships and in the Olympic Games, and the best Czech gymnast M. Míčková, the competitor without participation in the Olympic Games. Further I am going to observe one of the oldest Austrian gymnast, which is also the Olympic participant, but one of the last advancing, level is more similar exercises Czech gymnastics. By observing videos of gymnasts all around (exercise with hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon) according to the international rules of the RG, I am going to compare complexly the change of the rules which are valid in the contemporary olympic cycle and were valid in the previous rules of the last Olympic cycle. Title: Comparison of physical preparation for preschool children in the rhythmic gymnastics clubs Objectives: The main objective of this work is compare physical preparation in the two rhythmic gymnastics clubs for preschool children Methods: In this work, we used the analysis and comparison. The analysis was utilized in the analysis of movement preparation and comparison of comparing the training unit in each section Results: Differences were detected in the part of temporal distribution of training unit and in the execution time of flexibilities exercises. Title of the thesis: Choreography of music-movement compositions in Aerobic Team Show competition during 2004 - 2013 Objective of the thesis: The aim of the work is to compare the movement compositions Aerobic Team Show, which took first place in the championship of the Czech Republic in the mixed category in the years 2004 - 2013. Research methods: The methods of analysis, comparison, systematic observation, and partly also direct observation were used to achieve the goals. Results: After comparing of ten movement compositions Aerobik Team Show in the years 2004 - 2013 according to established criteria, was identified data, That the criterion of interaction between athletes appear the biggest differences and variations between individual compositions, on the other side the criteria for handling equipment and motion motif are represented in compositions by similar segment. Prediction of Trends in Fitness Aerobic

Title: Prediction of trends in fitness aerobic. Objectives: The goal of the work is based on the content analysis of the successful programs from the World Championship 2012 and 2013 to predict probable development tendency and trends of competitive choreography in FISAF organization. Methods: The thesis illustrates empirical research character. Observing method and content analysis with assistance of the videorecords was used for the breakdown of the programs. Results: The result of thesis is an optimal assemblage of the programs from chosen criteria (emplacement, contrast layout, swing moves of lower limbs, swing moves of the full body, interaction), clearly recorded to charts, graphs and related text. Aplication and evaluation of sponsoring for rhythmic gymnastics competition

Title: Application and evaluation of sponsoring for rhythmic gymnastics competition Objectives: The main objective is the offering of sponsorship packages that have been made previously to former and current sponsors in order to entice them to come back and stay. The next sub-objective is to establish cooperation with new potential partners for competition in rhythmic gymnastics with a tailor-made offer. Methods: In the work are used the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The method of written polling is applied to former and current sponsors and the method of direct mail and individual semi-structured interview is applied to the selected potential sponsors. Results: During the data collection it was found that the former and current sponsors would prefer a more diverse list of options. Based on the results new sponsorship packages were compiled and especially great demanded list of advertisement options. Thanks to some interviews some new sponsors were added to the competition. Title: Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years Objectives: The aim of the work was to verify the impact of extra-curricular movement activities on movement creativity of the pupils 10 - 12 old. By means of survey questionnaire we will acquire the information how many responders pursue movement activities and what kind of these activities. For the purpose of this work the basic schools in Prague and Mladá Boleslav will be addressed, research will be done with the pupils of 4th - 6th class. P.E. teachers with the pupils will fill in anonymous personal questionnaires with the chosen group and consequently a standardized Iowa-Brace test of docility and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be done with them. Method: The results will be acquired by the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Non- standardized questionnaire, standardized Iowa-Brace test and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be used. The results will be worked out by Microsoft Excel computer program. Results: The found out results proved that the responders who go in for gymnastic sports achieved the best assessments in the tested group. In this bachelor work I will compare the level of the Czech and the world rhythmic gymnastic by using the videotapes from official competitions for analysis of rhythmic gymnastics optional routines, namely optional exercises with hoop. In this analysis I will focus on the way of the throwing and the catching of the hoop. Also I will to focus on the question how many times can be this kind of manipulation found in each routine of rhythmic gymnasts. Title: Types of throwing and catching of hand apparatuses in comparation of world and czech top competitors in Rhythmic gymnastics optional routines. Objectives: The aim of this work is the comparison of Czech and world rhythmic gymnastics techniques of the exercises with the hand apparatus with focus on the throwing and the catching of the hoop. Methods: In this paper I'm using the method of quantitative analysis. To get the relevant data for the analysis I'll use the videotapes from the 2011 World Championship in Montpellier. I will compare six world rhythmic gymnasts from this Championship with the optional routines with the hoop of three Czech representatives from the national competition Grand Prix Brno and one Czech representative from another Czech official competition. Training jumps difficultiy in sport aerobics.

Title: Training jumps difficulty in sport aerobics. Objectives: Jumps difficulty in aerobic sports athletes seems to be most problematic part of the performance for large demands on the technical implementation. Aim of this study will therefore analyze the technical and didactic jumps difficulty developing a methodology and training. The work can use coaches and athletes, as a methodological material to correct the errors in the current design practice new jumps and difficulty. Methods: After studying literature, focusing on sports and gymnastic training, I used the specific chapters related to the technique performed jumps in sport aerobics. Video analysis, I analyzed the reports selected category of racing sports aerobics usually classified in terms of difficulty of the jumps. Results: Analysis of the technical difficulty of execution jumps according to the rules of sports aerobics, I proposed a number of methodological training jumps selected difficulty. Finally, I have said frequently occurring errors in the implementation of selected jumps. The work could help improve the technical aspects of performance sport aerobics athletes to achieve better performance. Monitoring efectivity of gymnastic warming up

Title: Monitoring the effectiveness of gymnastic warm-up Objectives: Aim of this work is to describe the effectiveness of gymnastic warm-up through evaluation of heart rate dynamics. Methods: Work partially solves the problem of the creation, managing and evaluating warm-up and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. Heart rate (HR) dynamics is detected through sport-tester Polar Vantage NV, it is also used expert assessment and results processing is made by statistical methods in Microsoft Excel. Results: Dynamics of heart rate during the warm-up is different under the direction of the teacher and student -led, after comparing graphical representations, and after a thorough warm-up monitoring. It is mainly due to the amount of experience in a teaching practice and a higher level of pedagogical skills, which contribute significantly to increased warming in terms of quality control.
