Analysis of infrared acquisition parameters
Zembol, Filip ; Drastich, Aleš (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The topic of my thesis is the analysis of parameters of the infrared imaging and the usage of these parameters for the design of a thermographic equation and a programme in the MATLAB environment in which the termography formula and the influence of the particular quantities, which take part in it, will be graphically depicted. In the thesis we will first of all introduce the infrared radiation, its types and features. With the help of the particular radiation laws and distracting elements of the infrared radiaton a formula trimming the distracting elements of the thermal relief will be designed. This formula will enable us to count the emission surface temperature of the scanned scene (grey body) and thus eliminate the elements influencing the resulting temperatures of the scanned scene. Furthermore, a programme which will image the IR acquisition model (thermogram) on the basis of the thermography equation will be designed. The thermogram will change in dependence on the changes of the thermography equation quantities. The change will be expressed by the shift of the color spectrum (thermographic scale). This programme graphically presents the changes of the quantities influencing the resulting scene and provides a better grasp of the influence and the function of particular quantities in the thermographic equation.
QRS Complex Detection Using Wavelet Transform
Loviška, David ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Smital, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of diploma thesis named “QRS detection using wavelet transform” is to simplify and accelerate the work of doctors. This can be achieved by using application for QRS detection, which can use one of four proposed algorithms. Application shows basic informations about inserted electrocardiogram. Part of this program is a graphical window with displayed record and with coloured marks on detected QRS complexes. By another algorythm are marks color-coded due to accurancy percentil of every detected complex. This program is designed for a several hours record from Holter ECG monitoring.
Fractal of DNA sequence data
Nedvěd, Jiří ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Valla, Martin (advisor)
This project is looking for fractal structury in DNA sequence data, which be maped in square ACGT. First, this project is introduced in problematics of fractals and targeted on making of Sierpinski gasket. Second, the project is introduced in DNA and DNA sequence. Next is sketched now known fractal’s structures in DNA sequence data or fractal’s structure closed DNA sequence. Then will changed metod chaos game of Sierpinski gasket to square ACGT, in where will drawen map of DNA sequences. Next, these pictures will processed by Box Counting Method and Power Spectrum Method.
Measurement of air ion concetration
Kudlička, Petr ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
This work evaluates effect of air ions on the environment. There is a part about ions’ production. There are named some techniques of air ions measurement and their comparison. Apparatus of air ions concentration measurement is described in block diagram. There are electrical wiring diagram and list of used components.
Ultrasound fetal detector
Mackových, Marek ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the design of simple fetal detector, which can obtain information about fetal heart rate during pregnancy. The work includes theoretical description of Doppler systems and custom systems design detector.
Apparatus for wind speed measurement
Kašpárek, Martin ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This work treats of wind force measuring principles . It discusses possibilities how it is able to measure wind force and what are the advanteges and disadvantages of each of principles. In terms of one of principles is designed cell battery powered mobile wind force measurer with numerical display.
Analysis of infrared acquisition parameters
Zembol, Filip ; Drastich, Aleš (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The topic of my thesis is the analysis of parameters of the infrared imaging and the use of radiation laws for the formation of a thermographic equation, which will include the impact of surrounding factors on the resulting temperature relief of the scanned object. These factors include the temperature of the surrounding atmosphere, temperature of the surrounding radiation sources, emissivity coefficients, reflection and transmission. On the basis of this equation a programme will be created in the MATLAB environment where the resulting temperature relief of the simulated object and the impact of the particular parameters from the equation will be graphically depicted. In the thesis we will first of all introduce the infrared radiation, its types and features. With the help of the particular radiation laws and distracting elements of the infrared radiation a formula including the distracting elements appearing during scanning of the thermal surface relief will be formed. This formula will enable us to count the surface temperature of the scanned scene and to determine the final temperature without the impact of the unwanted parameters. Furthermore, a programme which will image thermograms on the basis of the thermography equation will be designed. The thermogram will change in dependance on the changes of the parameters in the thermography equation. The change will be expressed by the change of temperatures in the scanned scene and by the shift in the colour spectrum (thermographic scale). This programme will graphically present the changes of the quantities influencing the resulting temperature division in the scene and will provide a better grasp of the influence and the function of particular quantities in the thermographic equation.
The ECG amplifier with cordless transimission and battery powered
Čapka, Vladimír ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This work deals with the electrocardiograph amplifiers and wireless transmission of ECG signal. The first part describes the development and course of an electrical signal to the heart. Analyze here the construction of the heart and cardiac conduction system. The second part shows zbůsob sensing the ECG signal. The third part deals with the amplifier. Gradually, we discuss it in all parts of the amplifier, calculate the value of parts and gives reasons for their choice. The end of the work deals with wireless transmission of ECG signal. Describe the methods used here and looking for their advantages and disadvantages.
Doppler blood flow indicator
Byrtus, David ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis deals with methods for measuring Doppler velocity and blood flow in non-directional system with unmodulated carrier wave, system design indicator of blood flow for a frequency of 4 MHz ultrasound intensity of 100 mW/cm2 and evaluating methods of Doppler signals.
controlled pacemaker
Csekes, Attila ; Hrozek, Jan (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The Thesis deals with the area of cardio stimulation. It describes the different stimulation modes and their specifics. It describes the creation of a virtual cardio stimulator based on R-waves, designed in the LabVIEW application. Part of the thesis is the software realization of the model and the verification of its functionality.
