The building has a three floors of parking with capacity of 149 parking places, the entrance is accessible by turning lane and between floors by an external ramp. One of these floors is under the level of terrain. The other two then reflect the construction heigth of the commercial space. The facade of the shops makes a visual border of the street. The shops and the parking make the platform where blocks of flats and roof gardens are situated. The communication cores for these flats goes through the whole building and is placed in between every two of houses. It leads the people to the semiprivate zone where the entrances of the flats and situated. The mass and the materials tried to not interrupt the character of the town.
