Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals to its Improvement

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of the company Chemopalst BEC, a.s. in the monitored period of 2016 to 2019. The first part of the bachelor’s thesis is focused on the theoretical basis, which is necessary for financial analysis. The second part provides basic information about Chemoplast BEC, a.s., and contains an analysis of the financial situation using the methods mentioned in the theoretical part. The last part provides proposals for improvement of the financial situation of the company, based on the results presented in the second part of the thesis.

Bankruptcy prediction modelling in manufacturing branch

The diploma thesis is aimed at the problematic within the prediction of bankruptcy of companies operating in manufacturing industry in Czech Republic. There are defined terms related to the topic, methods of creating bankruptcy models and selected bankruptcy models in the theoretical part. Analytical part includes testing of the selected bankruptcy models. Thereafter a new bankruptcy model is created, which is subsequently tested and its accuraccy is compared to models from other authors.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This master’s will deal with the draft of the financial plan for the selected company. The first part of the thesis sets out the theoretical basis of financial planning. It follows an introduction of the company and analysis of its current state. Based on the analysis, a financial plan for the years 2017 – 2019 is designed. The financial plan is then evaluated.

The second part introduces the company Travel Wine and an analysis of the current state is carried out. The last part is concerned with the financial plan for 2017-2019 in two variations.

This master´s thesis deals with a prepare the financial plan of a selected company for the planned period 2019 -2022. The plan is based on analysis, using specific financial analysis methods in the years 2014 – 2018. Based on the outcome of the financial and strategic analysis, the current situation is described. The financial plan for planned period is completed in two variants including evaluation using the methods of financial analysis.

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation of the selected company STRA spol. s r.o. for the years 2013 to 2017 and the subsequent proposals for improvement of the situation. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on setting goals, procedures and further describes the selected methods of financial analysis. These will be subsequently used in the practical part in the analysis and evaluation of the company. The last part deals with own suggestions for improving the company financial situation.
