Optimization of air conditioning of the ice stadium
Zach, Daniel ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, calculation and experimental measurement. The issue of humid air and air-conditioning in winter stadiums is elaborately analysed in the theoretical part. In the calculation part, the dessertation focuses on the optimization of current draft of hockey hall air conditioning system. The hall is now in operation during the season, which means from September to March. In the dissertation are discussed two variants of the draft. The first variant is draft upgrade to year-round operation with condensing dehumidification. The second option is solved as a combination of air handler unit system and absorption dehumidification. This variant is also designed for seasonal and year-round operation of the ice rink. At the end of the dissertation are all of them compared in terms of annual costs. The experimental measurement is carried out on dehumidification of air from areas with high water gains, in this case swimming pool hall model. This problematics is solved by changing the speed of ventilator and using Peltier generator.
Ventilation of the shopping center
Šenkyřík, Adam ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of air conditioning in existing shopping centre. Teoretical part describes ventilation, design of air conditioning in general and potential conception of air conditioning in shopping centres. Calculation part deals with the design of air conditioning units and related calculations. The last part consists of the project documentation.
Air conditioning in multifunctional center
Svobodová, Leona ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The object of this bachelor thesis is the design of air-conditioning equipment in a multifunctional centre. The devices serve a multifunctional hall and a room with over-head, the lighting and the sound. The units are designed in a way to meet all the hygienical, operational and functional requirements and to create optimal in-door microclimatic conditions for people to stay. There were used all the available budget calculations, applicable regulations and standards for this design. The air-conditioning provides a supply of fresh air and conducting of depreciated air, cov-erage of heat losses, removal of heat load and humidification of air. The theoreti-cal part deals with the system of return gaining of heat and describes advantages and disadvantages of every device enabling.
Ventilation of the wellness sports center
Prchalová, Nikol ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with application for design of air–conditioning equipment of wellness sports center in Znojmo. This work is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, which is dedicated to the issue of swimming pool halls. It sumarizes the basic information from the requirements for the microclimate of swimming pools, through the issue of dangerous gases, the issue of evaporation to the introduction of air-conditioning unists and their operations. The calculation part deals with the project of three air-conditioning units into three functional units of the object. This includes air-conditioning of the swimming pool and badminton courts and warm-air ventilation of the premises. The last part is the project documentation of ventilation.
Air conditioning of the cinema
Kučírek, Pavel ; Jelínek, Ondřej (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is design of three air conditioner units for cinema with technical utility rooms, base for workers and gallery. The devices are designed to meet the operating, hygienic and functional requirements for internal microclimate. The main role of air conditioning devices is air supplying for visitors in sufficient amount, eliminating thermal loads in summer, covering thermal losses and humidification during winter. The theoretical part is focused on internal microclimate.
Green as a healing element of buildings and cities
The importance of greenery in the city

In the theoretical part I deal with the revitalization of residential and prefabricated houses both in classical ways and with modern technologies. In the practical part is processed analysis of ener-gy consumption of the apartment building in Kyjov in the initial state. In the last part is the energy audit of the apartment building, where are suggested precautions and then proposed the option for implementation.
Air handling units
Cakl, Dominik ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of problems of unevenly stratified air flow in air handling units and subsequent optimization with respect to speed ratios, energy efficiency and legislative requirements. Methods of solving the problem are theoretical and experimental, while the theoretical part deals with air distribution by means of air-conditioning fans with a focus on their aerodynamics, pressure conditions and other requirements, which are an integral part of properly designed equipment. In the experimental part of the thesis was applied a proposal of an innovative technical approach to a specific model of air conditioning assembly, which was implemented in the laboratories of the Institute of Building Services.
