Teoretická část práce rozebírá flexibilitu jako obecný pojem, dále ji zužuje na flexibilitu práce a konkretizuje v jedné z jejích forem - agenturním zaměstnávání. V metodologické části je stanoveno 6 pracovních hypotéz. Aplikační část rozebírá agenturní zaměstnávání ve vztahu k podniku, jednotlivci a trhu práce. Zkoumaná oblast je doplněna zmapováním souvislostí agenturního zaměstnávání v segmentu vysoce kvalifikovaných odborníků a zkušenostmi ze Spolkové republiky Německo.

The ways of financing of municipal waste

This Bachelor thesis is focused on municipal revenues that flow from the way of financing system of municipal waste. Theoretic part deals with ways how the system of municipal waste can be financed. Practical part is aimed at analysis of municipal ordinance public notices of municipalities. We explore the historical situation in each municipality regarding incomes and expenditures and than we make a comparision with the situation in present. In the last part we compare all recieved information.

External Economic Imbalance of China

Bachelor thesis deals with external economic balance of China, especially Balance of Payments, International Investment Position and exchange rate of yuan. Theoretical part introduces reader to theme of external economic imbalance, in parallel describes adjustment mechanisms of Current Account balance. Further part observes state of Chinese Balance of Payments, International Investment Position and exchange rate of yuan in recent years. Last part defines main determinants of Current Account, outlines causes of present Current Account surplus and introduces the most appropriate path to its reduction.
