Finanční analýza Karosa a.s.

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vypracovat finanční analýzu podniku Karosa, a.s. a posoudit jeho finanční zdraví z pohledu externího uživatele. Na základě teoretických dovedností získaných během mého studia na Vysoké škole ekonomické, prozkoumám majetkový a finanční stav dané společnosti. Mým účelem je zhodnotit celkovou finanční situaci podniku a ukázat na slabá místa, která by podnik mohla ohrozit. Tato analýza se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. V teoretické části uvedu formulace výpočtů a postupů. Aplikační část se bude zabývat uvedením dat, které jsem s těchto výpočtů dostal a které také okomentuji. Celkově se analýza bude zabývat obdobím 5 let, a to od roku 2004 do roku 2008

Financial Analysis REMAK a.s.

My bachelor paper points out the financial health of company Remak a.s. for time period 2003- 2007. It consists of metodical part, in which I present particular steps and methods of calculation in my paper. In analytical part I use these methods on the firm I have chosen. From the results of the calculations it is possible to find out that the firm is one of most modern and best functioned in region of Moravia and also on air conditioning market. Company was found in 1991 and during this age achieved such good results, that today it does not need almost any foreign financial recources.

In my bachelor thesis I elaborated financial analysis of Plzensky Prazdroj, a.s. and its interpretation. In the teoretical part I explained the procedures and indicators with help of specialized literarure. The practical part is about observation of developmental trends of indicators, explanation of those indicators and ideas for improvement. My goal was evaluate the financial situation of the company between April 1st, 2002 and March 31st, 2008.

The main aim of my bachelor work is financial analysis and evaluation of financial health of the company Lázně Teplice v Čechách, a.s. in years 2004 -- 2007. It is a financial analysis from the view of external user. For evaluation of the financial standing of this company were used horizontal and vertikal analysis, ratio analysis and some of moredimensional models for prediction of corporate bankruptcy. It contains comparison with some companies in the branch of spas.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of company STOCK Plzeň -- Božkov, s. r. o. in a period of years 2003 -- 2007 from position of an external user who has only public information availability. The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation and trend of development of financial indicators and afterwards on prediction of their following development in next years. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are introduced methods and techniques which are subsequently applied in practical part.

The bachelor study engages in detail description of financial situation of a company Skanska CZ a.s during the five-years period with the main orientation on financial indicators. The study serves as an exapmle of practical way how the financial analysis is prepared and also evaluated according to the calculated indicators.
