The goal of the Bachelor thesis is based on analysis to propose a recommendation of changes in evaluation system of banking institution. The theoretical part of Bachelor thesis deals with general information of personal tool, evaluation of employee. The practical part deals with analysis of the current evaluation system of employees in an unnamed banking institution and recommendations of changes based on a questionnaire survey.
Equality between Women and Men on the Labour Market of the European Union

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of achieving the equality between women and men in the labour market of the European Union and the related European Union's policies. The main aim of the work is to describe and evaluate developments in various areas of this subject, which are the economic independence of women, the (un)equal pay and representation of women in decision making. The research is based on selected indicators and available statistical data. The secondary objective is to introduce the Strategy for equality between women and men, which the European Commission issued for the period 2010 to 2015, to evaluate its contribution and to assess the fulfilment of the objectives that the Commission defined in the Strategy. The bachelor's thesis uses mainly the methods of analysis, comparison and induction. The data is processed and analysed from the perspective of the European Union, focusing on the Czech Republic.
The expectations of students and graduates from the future employer

The aim of this thesis is to outline the expectations of students and graduates from their future employer. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the aspects that affect characteristics of students and graduates as future employees. The theoretical part also concentrates on issues of unemployment and on the other hand it deals with supportive programs for student's employment. Other discussed issue is the Generation Y, and its nomenclature, time definition as well as its forming aspects and its characteristics at work place. The practical part is focused on comparing the theoretical assumptions with the results of the survey, answered by 319 respondents. The quantitative method was used in the survey through half-structured online questionnaire. Results outlined the expectations of students and graduates about starting salary and employee benefits, as well as the priorities when choosing a job and preferred work environment.
Analysis of business education system

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education and development of employees. The aim is to analyze the business education system in the company Koito Czech s.r.o., identify strengths and weaknesses and make suggestions for system improvements. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic terms related to business education system, education methods and individual phases of the training cycle. The practical part is focused on the company Koito Czech s.r.o. It contains an analysis of the individual phases of the education system and opinions of the employees on established education system in the form of survey result. Based on the analysis, the advantages and disadvantages are evaluated and recommendations to improve the system are designed.
Applicability of coaching as a method of managing people in IT sector

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of coaching applicability as a method of managing employees in the sector of IT oriented companies. The aim of the thesis is to analyze current managerial work practices; define whether it is possible to apply coaching method in such sector and discover what the possible obstacle might be. The thesis is based on a qualitative data analysis resulting from the interviews conducted with managers of several Czech IT companies. The research reveals that there are several barriers hindering from the use of coaching. Last but not least the thesis contains practicable suggestions which could help to eliminate the previously identified barriers. Furthermore there are some other suggested areas where to use coaching in the IT sector. The final result of this thesis is that coaching as a method of managing people could be applied in a certain extent in this very specific and dynamically growing sector.

Thesis deals with obtaining, selection and adaptation of employees in company XYZ. It is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical background of the issue. The second part is practical and examines analysis of individual processes within a specific company. To find out about those processes, it took several interviews with the manager of the human resources department of the company. The practical part also includes finding the weaknesses and solutions for improvement.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the satisfaction and motivation of employees in the company Internet Mall, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of motivation and employee satisfaction, determining the current status and through the factors influencing workers satisfaction identify strengths and weaknesses of the company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation theories, factors of job satisfaction and also deals with the measurement of satisfaction. The practical part includes the analysis of work satisfaction in the company which is based on questionnaire survey. The conclusion provides an overall summary of the situation in the company and solutions to improve the work conditions in the company.

It is especially characteristic of small company, personnel work in the company and defines individual personnel actions. The bachelor's thesis of this work focuses on the future of team coaching. The theoretical part consists of the general perception of coaching and then specifically explains the team coaching; determines the benefits for coaches and trainees. In the practical part the author will carefully address and asses the use of team coaching in practice on the basis of using personal questionnaires. The aim of this work is to determine the future of the ČSOB team coaching, specifically, how the team coaching is perceived by the coach and how it is observed by the trainee, and additionally what team coaching brings to the company.
Education of employees at US Steel Kosice

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the process of education in the selected company, as one of the most important processes in organization and human resources management. The aim of this work is the analysis and description of the educational processes in company from the perspective of teachers and the proposal of possible improvements, which would be helpful not only for trainers and participants in training sessions, but also for the whole company. The Bachelor thesis contains two parts: the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on theoretical definition of training, education in organization, characteristics of areas, forms and methods of education and describing the processes that take place during the entire training. The practical part is focused on the basic characteristics of the company, description of the processes taking place in organization and finally research of learning process through the use of the questionnaire technique. Conclusion of the practical part contains summary of the questionnaire and suggestions for improvement of the whole process in the company.
