Verification of selected communication interfaces on TRICORE TC275
Šebesta, Patrik ; Pohl, Lukáš (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis handles with set up of peripheral modules of the processor TC275 families’ AURIX developed by Infineon. Processor’s peripheral module QSPI implements communication SPI set up as master on a bus supported by another processor’s module DMA. Module DMA periodically service transmit and receive shift buffers of QSPI which are connected with slave analog to digital converter IC CIC751. Another peripheral module is MultiCAN. Programmed drivers used only basic header files with register definition of processor TC275, which are part of IDE TriCore Free Entry Tool Chain used for created drivers.
LabVIEW instrument control toolbox
Mazal, Ctibor ; Aboelhassan, Mustafa Osman Elrayah (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis is containing the description of the LabVIEW Instrument Control Toolbox project. Initial preparations like the development environment choosing process, as well as the instrument driver layer choice are present along with the project requirements. A signal approach to the instrument control is defined and described in detail. This thesis also contains the main project development in The National Instruments LabVIEW and at the end, a detailed description and user guidance for each developed and fully integrated toolbox module.
Supporting algorithms for electrical motor control
Řezáč, Martin ; Buchta, Luděk (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is focused on a creating supporting drivers and algorithms for electrical motor control using CPU TriCore TC275 CA. The first part is devoted to processor description and selected peripherals, which are A/D converter, a timer for creating the PWM signals and the second timer for processing singnals from encoder. All drivers are tested on an aplication kit, which is equipped with TC275 CA processor. The second part analyzes the measurement quality of GMR sensor TLE5009. Special testbench was prepared for sin cos data capturing and for their comparison with precise encoder position measurement. It was composed from DC motor having both sensor types on commons shaft. Data are acquired using LabView. Subsequently, it analyzes the sensor data, their compensation and subsequent comparison with measured data from the encoder.
Modelica Models use in Matlab-Simulink Environment
Glos, Jan ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Václavek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis solves the use of Modelica models in Matlab/Simulink enviroment. The first part is focused on Modelica language and Functional Mock-up Interface, a standard way for model exchange and co-simulation of dynamic models, which is supported by most Modelica oriented tools. Based on this standard FMUtoolbox was created and it provides the ability to import and simulate models exported as Functional Mock-up Unit. The tool provides a Simulink block, graphical and command-line interface.
Integration of inertial navigation with global navigation satellite system
Štefanisko, Ivan ; Otava, Lukáš (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This paper deals with study of inertial navigation, global navigation satellite system, and their fusion into the one navigation solution. The first part of the work is to calculate the trajectory from accelerometers and gyroscopes measurements. Navigation equations calculate rotation with quaternions and remove gravity sensed by accelerometers. The equation’s output is in earth centred fixed navigation frame. Then, inertial navigation errors are discussed and focused to the bias correction. Theory about INS/GNSS inte- gration compares different integration architecture. The Kalman filter is used to obtain navigation solution for attitude, velocity and position with advantages of both systems.
Magnetically levitated cart
Jančuš, Rastislav ; Pohl, Lukáš (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis is summarizing common theoretical knowledge about permanent magnets and electromagnetism. Represent DC electromagnet as basic part for levitated high-speed train. Work is analyzing basics under cart and principles used for magnetic levitation in high-speed transportation. Second practice part including projecting construction levitated cart and analyzing acquired mathematical model of electromagnet. Work is analyzing process for projecting control for side electromagnets and realization real model, including tuning computer communication with states of sensors and comparison real model with model simulated in program Simulink.
Brushless dc motor control under power loss condition
Implementation of Electric Motor Control Algoritms in CompactRIO systems
Gléba, Gergely ; Veselý, Ivo (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the implementation of existing algorithms of electric AC motor control in Matlab Simulink to LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation. The first part of the thesis treats with the deduction of a mathematical model of an asynchronous motor, permanent magnet synchronous motor and with the theory of vector control of AC motors. In the next part there is a brief guide to create simulation algorithms in LabVIEW environment and to create the model of a motor with EMI functions in language C. The last part contains the comparison of Matlab Simulink and LabVIEW simulation tools.
Electrical motors parameters identification using subspace based methods
Jenča, Pavol ; Veselý, Ivo (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
The electrical motors parameters identification is solved in this master’s thesis using subspace based methods. Electrical motors are simulated in Matlab/Simulink interactive environment, specifically permanent magnet DC motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor. Identification is developed in Matlab interactive environment. Different types of subspace algorithms are used for the estimation of parameters. Results of subspace parameters estimation are compared with least squares parameters estimation. The thesis describes subspace method, types of subspace algorithms, used electrical motors, nonlinear approach of identification and comparation of parameters identification.
Robust control of PMS motors
Rajnošek, Michal ; Pohl, Lukáš (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This work is focused on robust control theory especially on methods H and analysis (structured singular value). The first part of the thesis contains theoreticle background to uncertainty modeling, to robust controller designs and to permanent magnet synchronous machine modeling. The second part presents concrette robust controller design which is tested in simulations and validated on a real motor. The influence of parameter changes on stability of closed loop system is discussed and description of obtained results is given in conclusions.
