This Master's thesis is focused on the draft of an e-shop offering consumer goods with foreign origin including plan, how to promote such e-shop especially using tools of the internet marketing. Before the draft itself, there are definitions of technical terms and the specification of local legislation closely related to the electronic sale. The thesis further includes the analysis of outer environment performed in order to discover factors, which are considerably affecting retail sale in general, respectively its electronic form.

This master's thesis deals with proposal of Business Intelligence solution. The main task is analysis of Customer Care processes, based on which the Business Intelligence solution has been designed. Thanks to obtained knowledge changes has been made to get more effective contact process. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical foundations of Business Intelligence. In the second part is analysis of the current situation and solution proposal.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the proposal of a new e-shop for AREAL SYSTEMS s.r.o. The e-shop will sell individually manufactured wall stickers. The proposal is divided into two parts - technical and marketing. The technical part reviews the investment of buying a plotter and programming the e-shop. In the second part I will discuss the promotion possibilities on the internet and suggest their most appropriate combination. Finally I review the financial angle.

The proposal itself is based on theoretical background, performed analyzes internal and external environment of the company and internal processes. The resulting design is a database solution containing functionalities that make it easier working with a database, securing a database and supporting managerial planning in the company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of the information system and its implementation to commercial spaces design company. Theoretical background, which is used in analytic part and the proposal of the new information system, was described at the beginning of this publication. Information system design is based on analysis results and concrete requirements defined by company. The following part includes time schedule and implementation process. In conclusion, the economic evaluation and the benefits of the work are summarized.

The diploma thesis focuses on design of e-commerce solution and propagation for selected firm. New design is result of bad technical condition of old solution, which has not been supported with any possibilities of propagation. In last part thesis is focused on configuration for automatic reports of website performance and marketing activits.
