The design of a two-axis manipulator
Soják, Vojtěch ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design of a two-axis manipulator according to entered parameters. In the first chapter provides description of kinematics structures of industrial robots and manipulators and their workspaces. Next parts focus on search in the used components, producers of manipulators and of current design manipulators at JCEE s.r.o. Lanškroun. The practical part deals with the design and construction of custom manipulator and its price calculation.
Present stay in automation and robotization of nonproduction processes
Hrdinka, Pavel ; Kazarian, Anna (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state in the area of service robotics. The work is done in the form of a research survey using the company prospectuses, professional literature and internet sources. As part of the collection of information for the bachelor's thesis, an international engineering fair in Brno was visited and its contribution is described in a dedicated chapter. The human relationship to the robot is investigated using the questionnaire and literary works. The service robotics is useful for the human kind in daily life and brings a wide range of usage. There were described specific application capabilities and the use in different application areas. The final section describes the direction of the current research and development of robotics.
Design of Label aplicator for paletizing commodity before expedition
Frank, Vojtěch ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of label application for palletized goods before expedition, specifically by using automatic label applicators. The solution contains the evaluation of current state of labeling and recherché including applicators that are being used. The overall outcome of the thesis is a proposal of a new mechanical construction solution as well as a calculation of its expected price. The result is a summary of a current state of labeling of palletized goods. There has also been an ideal solution of labeling offered for customer- specified orders.
Mobile Robot Design
Valík, Michal ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of machinware of mobile robot. The purpose of this work is to design complete technical product documentation for manufacturing of a prototype. In first theoretical part of this thesis there is an analysis of contemporary situation of mobile robots. In second practical section, there is a design of all needed mechanical parts for tracked vehicle, all needed calculations are included. Diploma thesis contains hazard analysis, complete technical product documentation with 3D model included and final price statement.
Universal Inspection and Measuring Station
Brýdl, Adam ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The task of this thesis is the design and construction of semi-automatic control and measuring station. The station is designed for testing the presence and measurement of the correct position of light guides and seals in the connector. Station contains a tool for testing the blinding of connectors. The design and construction of a semi-automatic control and measuring station is necessary using several types of sensors and sliding linear axes controlled by servo drives. The assignment of the thesis is solved in cooperation with the company Mechatronic Design & Solutions s.r.o. in Brno.
Industrial robot application in area welding technology
Kozubík, Jiří ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis, which was written during my studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology, investigates Industrial robot application in area welding technology and is divided into three main parts. In the first is the classification and sorting of industrial robots and manipulators according to different criteria explored. The next part concentrates on industrial robots and manipulators used in current industry and informs of the most important industries for industrial robots. The third and final part deals with welding technologies that are used in robot welding applications, presents a survey on compact welding systems including their description and gives us examples of these cells used at present time.
Painting robotized workplaces
Macháček, Marek ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on painting robotized workplaces. Technologies used for robotized painting are mentioned first, examples of advanced robotization in manufacturing companies follow. The last part describes technical and economical benefits of these technologies in particular factories.
Options handling of tools and workpieces on CNC machines in actual practice
Dočekal, Václav ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with a detail description of authomatic tools change and automatic workpieces change of by CNC machines. Also it describes all matters connected with the issue, as types of bins, ways of clamping of tools and workpieces in the machine and possibilities of manipulation with tools and workpieces. This way dear and attentive reader gets wide look at the possibilities of realization of authomatic tools change and authomatic workpieces change. Author puts deeper emphasis at the actuallity of constructions and methods by these types of manufacturing automation at CNC machines.
Design of robotic wall tiler
Dostál, Patrik ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this diploma thesis is the design of a new robotic wall tiler. The research part of the thesis consists of two parts. The first part encompasses basic principles of industrial robotics and of already designed robotic wall tilers. The second part describes the process of manual wall tiling. The information acquired from this research has been applied in the systemic analysis of the problem. From three proposed variants, one has been chosen for further design work. The thesis also includes a proposal of robot control and a description of robot’s work procedure. In the end, the robot, and the process of automation of wall tiling were economically analysed.
Robotized workplace with parallel kinematic sturucture machine
Lorenc, Tomáš ; Rozehnalová, Jana (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to design two variants of robotized technological workplaces with a robot with parallel kinematic structure and subsequent selection of a more suitable variant. The thesis then deals with current state of robotized technological workplaces and describes machines with parallel kinematic structure.
