Title: Verification of an individual approach to children with ADHD Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine whether an individual regular, physical wellness program will have a positive impact on children aged 9-14 years suffering from behavioral problems. Methods: Children diagnosed with ADHD were selected for research. The diagnosis was made both a physician and school psychologist. Children were evaluated by two psychological tests - Trail Making test, and Numeric test square. Teachers and parents were also interviewed, whereas the International Classification of Diseases was used. After the examination there were regularly carried out twice a week, relaxation exercises and games for a period of seven months and not longer than 30 minutes. After a period of seven months, there was made the same diagnosis, and case studies drawn. Results: The tests showed that the relaxation exercises did not improve the symptoms of hyperactivity, impulsivity, or inattention. Yet, in my opinion, they had a positive impact on children. Keywords: Hyperkinetic syndrome, ADHD, relaxation exercises, impulsivity, inattention, hyperactivity.

Cibulková, Iva ; Vařeková, Jitka (advisor) ; Kyralová, Marie (referee)
Influence of Trigger Point in Acromial Part of Deltoid Muscle on Lateral Humeral Epicondyalgia Objective: The theoretical part brings the anatomical and kinesiological description of humeral joint including the muscles of humeral girdle. It also describes the humeral-scapular rhythm and dynamic stabilization of scapula, i.e. the basic kinematical girdles of the upper arm. The practical part focuses on the occurrence of trigger point (TrP) in the acromial part of the deltoid. Consequently, an examination and evaluation of pain in the area of radial epicondyle was performed both before and after removing TrP by physiotherapy - combined therapy. Method: The experiment was carried out within a group of patients. Patients suffering from radial epicondyalgia were examined by means of combined therapy on Phyaction device and later TrP was removed from the acromial part of the deltoid. The pain was evaluated on a visual analogue scale. The results thus received were processed and used at the conclusion of the work. Results: The presence of TrP in acromial part of the deltoid was confirmed in cases where pain in the area of humeral radial epicondyle had been reported. It was partly confirmed that the intensity of the pain had been significantly lowered in the area of radial epicondyle after removing TrP from...

The aim of this work is to find what influence sensomotoric exercise has on the shape of feet. The research was carried out within a group of children from the football dass. I compared changes in the size of feet contact surface, for which I used the instrument Footscan. This was my main checking method. Tlte research and methods 14 boys in the age of 7-9 took part in the experiment. This group got through four month lasting moving program focused on improvement of the feet function. The entrance and final testing included kinesiology analysis, clinic and instrument examining and feet contact surface scanning. The medial measuring system Footscan was used for taking measurements and results data, which provided the necessary level of objectivity for the evaluation of the effect of exercises. I used the instrument Footscan® by RSscan International from Belgium and the scanning desk, size 400x500 mm interface Footscan® 2D box-a software Footscan® Single Step. Hypotheses of the work 1. We suppose that the percentage of postural disorders will be lower within the active sporting children than within the rest of population. 2. We suppose that there also appear postural pathology in the area of pelvis and in the upper parts of trunk by those children who are flat-footed. 3. We suppose that four month...
