Design and analysis of electromagnet
Macek, Pavel ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
This work deals with a proposal and an analysis of electromagnets. The first chapter is an introduction into solve of the problem. In the second chapter there is a general discussion about basic relations of the electromagnetic field. The third chapter is dedicated to the operation principle and construction of electromagnets and is supplemented with their common classification. The fourth chapter introduces the Finite Element Method and the FEMM programm. The fifth chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the DC electromagnet, the sixth chapter analysis single-phase AC electromagnet. In the seventh chapter there is a review of results of general analysis of both electromagnets.
Design and analysis of three-phase synchronous generator
Šulák, Ondrej ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
My work will not inform you only about the issue of magnetic field, but also with the design complications and their solutions in the design of electrical machine. In the introductory chapter,I tried to give the most accurate theory of magnetic fields, because to understand that episodes of physical design of the machine is our alpha and omega. Given that the magnetism is nowadays still such alchemiou. The second chapter deals with analysis and design of construction machinery, rotor, stator, as proposed winding, current drive and also shows the results of the FEMM, where I simulate the synchronous machine. Results of the calculations in FEMM, I have recalculate for my own.
Design of a generator for small hydraulic power plant
Kvapil, Martin ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis concentrates on using the bladeless turbine Setur to supply an independent entity. The first part deals with the principle of working and construction of the given turbine. The second part comprises of a synchronic generator proposal for the given turbine. In the end of the thesis, a model of a proposed generator and its properties are simulated in the FEMM programme.
Noise measurement of electric machines
Fodor, Viktor ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This work discusses the problem of generating noise in electrical rotating machines, engines. First we explain what noise and sound is, its characteristics, its distribution in machines. Then we discuss the possible sources of noise in electrical motors and the possible reduction of noise. To verify the theory mentioned in this work, we will execute a noise measuring on an induction engine. Further we realize a measurement of the operating curve of the machine. Finally, we describe various measurements.
Flux density measurement in electric machines
Hájek, Jan ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
Magnetic induction is one of the basic variables. This quantity is mainly used in engines. Without a magnetic induction range of engines would not work. For example, for an asynchronous motor is the distribution of magnetic induction is very important. Measurement of cognition and values, such as magnetic induction, there's still the new findings, which are for this very important issue. Measured magnetic induction is not so easy matter. Manufacturers will attempt to make the best of magnetic induction meter. They include GAUSS / TESLAMETR model 7030 working on the Hall effect. In practice, it is possible to calculate the size of magnetic induction into the engine through programs designed for this purpose. These include ANSYS Workbench. This program is able to very accurately detect and simulate what size will have a magnetic induction. Show us the place where the magnetic flux density in the largest and the smallest engine. Evaluated using these results we can then design the engine so as to give the best characteristics and minimize losses.
Design and analysis of three-phase induction motor
Svoreň, Jan ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
This project is focused to projecting and analysing the three-phase induction machine. It starts with introduction to principle functions of electrical machines and their design issues. The main objective is to develop a method to calculate and analysis a smaller machine. The design involves the calculation of the main dimensions of the machine, the calculation of the number and dimensions of the rotor and stator grooves and calculation of the stator windings. Designed machine is analysed by calculation and finite elements method.
Design and analysis of split-phase induction motor
Nekovář, Martin ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the construction, operation principle, design method and analysis of the magnetic circuit of single-phase induction motor with auxiliary phase. The auxiliary phase is considered as winding with series connected electrolytic capacitor. In the first charter is written a general view of single-phase motors. Furthermore, in the following section discussed the design of these machines. Principle of operation as the next section contains an explanation of torque using the theory of two magnetic fields acting against each other. The design method of single phase motor is described the procedure for calculating. Subsequently, two proposals of single-phase induction motor with auxiliary winding were developed according to the method of design and an analysis of their magnetic circuits using the finite element method was made.
Construction of BLDC motor with outer rotor
Smrž, Ondřej ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This work is focused on the construction of the BLDC motor with outer rotor . Its mission is to become familiar with the design, basic relationships, applying this type of motor, the design procedure of magnetic circuit with permanent magnets, and then design the engine. Then there is a verification of designed motor finite element method. Finally, it summarizes the characteristics and parameters of the proposal and will compare the initial design with the other two designs, with some changes in the stator teeth.
Transformer - preparation of education materials
Kijovský, František ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process the issue of transformers in the form of a learning text. It tries to describe in a simple way the principle of the work of the transformer, the way of its construction and physical processes which occur during its function. It also describes the main operating states of the transformer and the way of the connection of winding.
