Function stabilization and mobilization of the spine by men with chronical pain of the backs

A B S T R A C T Title: Functional stability and mobilization of the spine for subjects with chronic pain of the back. Objectives: Aim of my work is to determine whether the specific kinetic intervention "Spiral stability and mobilization of the spine" is effective exercise for subjects with chronic pain of the back. Methods: It will behave like an randomize, single-factoring experiment. In addition to that may I speak about the experiment in which will be monitor kinetic changes of the subject in exist time interval. In pretest - in the beginning of the experiment and posttest - in the end of the experiment (i.e. after six months). Women 42 years old will take part in that research. She has chronical pain of her the back and hypaesthesia in her bottom leg. It is after the surgical operation of the prolapsus of the intervertebra discus L5/S1. The experiment will run through ambulatory in na Homolce hospital, in Prague. The representative selection will be generation of the informant, who will pass "Spiral stability and mobilization of the spine" two-time per week. Basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities

Title: Basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities Objectives: The goal is to track the response and the effects of the methods of basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities in a monthly interval. This is a method aimed at improving the perception of the body, the social relations and orientation in the surrounding environment. Methods: I watchedhow strong the response of nine clients with profound intellectual disabilities on the chosen method of basal stimulation, depending on the type and time.This is a qualitative method, which evaluates the best kinds of use of basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities. I chose the data collection involved observing the reactions of clients. Before the intervention, I tested the response to two kinds of methods, followed by a monthly intervention when I watched every day and write a response to nine selected persons to the application seven stimulation, which were practiced by therapists after the intervention, I tested the same method as before starting work. The project is carried out in public facilities for clients with annual, weekly, and daily tourist service. Title: Rehabilitation of Child with Cerebral Palsy in the Preoperative and Postoperative Period Author: Renata Šmídová Objective: During my practice I have met with a number of pediatric patients affected by cerebral palsy who underwent corrective orthopedic surgery, and which in some cases unfortunately unsuccessful. Based on the initial acquisition of information on this issue, I found a number of studies and articles on the success of orthopedic surgery in cerebral palsy. Many studies have been correctly chosen physiotherapy great help, so I decided to map physiotherapy approach on the case. In the first part of the thesis I process in detail neurological disorder cerebral palsy (CP) and surgical treatment of deformities resulting from the operation of this disease. The second part includes a case study, which also describes the rehabilitation work of the physiotherapist with a child patient who undergoes corrective surgery on the lower limb. The third section contains qualitative research, conducted on the parents. The aim was to use polling to determine success of the operation and postoperative care. Comparison of motor skills in children with a different type of autism spectrum disorders

Title: Comparison of motor skills in children with a different type of autism spectrum disorders. Objectives: The aim is to determine whether individuals with autism spectrum disorders may have some common characteristics in motor skills and that when a different type of fault will be significant differences in the kinetic expression. The results obtained as compared to the healthy population as well as among clients. Methods: The research was conducted in three individuals with ASD. Test battery was prepared based on the current test systems. Self testing was conducted in mid-school year to clients with autism spectrum disorders, followed by a six-month intervention, and in July was again tested. Quantitative and qualitative results were processed by the observation. Results: The results showed the differences in the observed individuals compared to healthy population, and the variation between autism spectrum disorders. Integration of children with visual impairments in physical education classes

Title: Integration of children with visual impairments in physical education classes Objectives: The main goal is insight into the integration of visually impaired pupils in physical education classes in regular primary school classroom. I find out how the student with visual impairments feel during PE lessons and how you think it is perceived by those around? The operational objective of the research is to find out how a particular case of a child with visual impairments successful integration into regular primary schools, both participated in it and how it influenced the person concerned. Also, I want to find out the extent to which such integration becomes difficult for people who are involved in it. Methods: Combining interview techniques, long-term observation and analysis of pedagogical documentation in the case study student. Results: The pupil with visual impairment has been successfully adapted in the process of integration in physical education regular primary school. This is evidenced by the positive results and improvement of the integrated pupil. However, the results point to the problem of integration in the 1st degree, due to the lack of competence of teachers. - 1 - Abstract: Name of thesis: Usage of floating for regeneration Goals of thesis: Assess which aspects have influence on final enjoyment of the floating procedure by comparison of survey results of two client's groups. Determine what impact has the facility environment, staff approach and the manner and form of providing the services on client's mental condition, inducing pleasant relaxation atmosphere and the overall enjoyment from the procedure. Discover insufficiencies and try to eliminate them, to help to create optimal environmental conditions for the floating procedure. For the reseach has been used the exploring method with the technic of non-standardized questionnaires with closed as well as open qeustions. The tittle: The falls of senior people at home surroundings and thein preventions The goal: The goal of this theses was to finf out the degrese of seniors knowing at preventative moves which can avoid falls and through question forms to analyze how the information about danger from the falls at home surroundings influenced the seniors effort to modify their homes. The mothod: At my thesis I used the mothod of quantity analyses. I obtained the data through questionn aires. The interviewed respondents are senior people at age of 65 and more. I interviewed 130 respondents in total and Theky were dividend into 2 groups according to the age or purposes of this thesis. In the first group are seniors between 65 and 74 and the other group is represented by people at age 75 and more. The questionnaire contained 23 questions and was split u pinto 6 domains. The first free questions were related to personal datas and social background of seniors. Next free questions find out the fall at anamnesis and the others are directed to home safeness, foreknowledge about preventive moves and the reslting behavior of respondents in relation to Pasove increase of home safeness. Title: Inclusion of pupils with physical disabilities into physical education in schools in Prague and Central Bohemian region. Objectives: The Thesis analyses the current state of inclusion of pupils with physical disabilities into physical education classes and the experience with this process in schools in Prague and the Central Bohemian region. Methods: The procedure of public inquiry, created by adapted physical activity experts from UP in Olomouc, was applied to fullfill the objectives of the Thesis. The structured as well as unstructured questions made it possible to describe the structure of the group of physically handicapped pupils and found out especially the reasons for releasing these pupils from physical education classes, preparedness of schools for including pupils with physical disabilities into these classes and the forms of support, which are from the perspective of schools indispensable for the inclusion into physical education. Results: Inclusion of the pupils with physical disabilities into the physical education classes in schools in Prague and the Central Bohemian region does take place. Physical activities of students in special primary schools in the central Bohemian region

1 Abstract Title of the thesis: Physical activities of students in special primary schools in the central Bohemian region Aim of the study: The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive survey of physical activities provided by special primary schools in the Central Bohemian region. Method: We used a method of an empirical research. We studied a representative sample of special primary schools located in the Central Bohemia region in order to ascertain characteristics of the objects of observation. The variant of research was a status method. The method of data collection was a questionnaire. Results: The results of the research show a different range of physical activities offered by schools included in our study. The structure of physical education lessons is rich and follows the needs of their students. 90 % of schools organize one-day- programmes focused on physical activities. 70% of schools organize programmes lasting more days, 30 % of schools do not organize programmes of this kind. 70 % of schools offer no sports courses. The survey also revealed the fact that 50 % of schools offer no after-school clubs focused on physical activities. 30 % of schools organize ball games clubs, 20 % table tennis clubs, 20 % physical education for students with health problems, 10 % dancing club. 100 % of schools organize...
