Title Assessment of the 2nd Grade Elementary School Pupils in Ústí nad Labem Region and Their Attitude Towards Physical Education Problem Researches and investigations from the recent years have been indicating a decline in a physical activity of children during their free time. This fact is also reflected in physical education lessons, especially at the level of their skills, fitness and performance, but also in their overall interest in this subject. Physical education teachers often solve a fundamental problem in their classes and that is a low motivation of pupils to move. One part of the learning process is also an evaluation where the teacher takes into consideration a number of factors. An objective consideration of all partial factors, for which a student can be evaluated during physical education lessons, into an overall grade is a very complex and difficult process for the teacher. This thesis deals with the assessment in physical education, particularly with an effort to identify those variables that have a significant impact on the overall grade in this school subject. Název: Rizikové chování na základních a středních školách na území Karlovarského kraje Risk behavior in primary and secondary schools in the Karlovy Vary Region Cíle práce: Cílem práce bylo setřídit informace v oblasti rizikového chování a přiblížit je tak případným čtenářům, na jejichž pozadí je potom mohou využít pro snadnější pochopení získaných dat v části výzkumné. Teoretická část by měla definovat pojmosloví a termíny akcentovaných rizikových forem chování identických pro sledované území a měla by směřovat ke zlepšení a doplnění vědomostí nejen výchovných poradců působících na školách, nýbrž by měla doplnit znalosti zaměstnanců organizací, které s touto problematikou pracují Výzkumná část měla být vstupním diagnostickým klíčem sloužícím k zpětné vazbě pro adiktologické odborníky a měla by být i podkladem pro komise zřízené při radách měst a obcí, jakožto i kraje, které jsou dle zákona doporučujícím orgánem pro schvalování toku finančních prostředků. V neposlední řadě si výzkum kladl ambice k využití získaných dat pro krajská Speciální pedagogická centra v rámci primárních prevencí, především ke zlepšení těchto prevencí a také mohl a může být výzkum přínosný pro dlouhodobé sledování prevalencí v republikovém měřítku, přičemž je možné výsledky aplikovat a porovnávat s evropským kontextem....

Impact of migration on the age structure of the population of Mlada Boleslav in the second half of the 19th century

Main aim of this master thesis is to found out if the migration influenced age structure of population of Mladá Bolesv in second half od 19th century. Data of marages used in this paper are based on register of Mladá Boleslav in set period. The thesis is divided into two parts, first consist of development of Mladá Boleslav city, data source, methods used to analyse said data and basic theories. Second part is focused on the analyzing the structure of population based on age and gender, geografical mobility, occupation and seasonality of marriage. Mortality of females from selected malignant neoplasms in the context of preventive programs in the Czech and Slovak Republic since 1994

Mortality of females from selected malignant neoplasms in the context of preventive programs in the Czech and Slovak Republic since 1994 Abstract The main aim of the thesis is to compare the differences in mortality due to female malignant neoplasms (neoplasm of the breast, cervix and colon) in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic during 1994-2015. Changes in mortality levels have been associated with the implementation of relevant preventive programs. The development of mortality is analyzed according to age only for female population and causes of death using the standardized mortality rate of selected causes of death and age specific mortality rate and using the decomposition of life expectancy at birth between the years 1994-2001 and 2009-2015 in terms of age groups and causes of death. Results of the analytical part of the thesis show that mortality decreased during 1994-2015 but the differences among mortality in both selected countries occurred. Mortality in both the analyzed countries differed above all for malignant neoplasm of the breast. Higher efficiency of established preventive programs has been demonstrated in the Czech Republic than in the Slovak Republic.
