Measurement system for laboratory of experimental biology
Zálešák, Marek ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Čejka, Miloslav (advisor)
There is a breif description of the Lab VIEW from National Instruments in the following text. It also describes the connection measuring cards through different types of buses on the PC. There is also information about the aquatic condition of plants as well as arrangements which will be implemented on the equipment generated during this work. In other parts of the text there is analysed the implementation of measurement and control pressure in the plant and flow measurement weighing using the LabVIEW 8.2
Moisture sensor
Čermák, Jan ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor work consider with question of measurement of air humidity. Here are the basic theorem, wich have relation to air humidity, and detailed description of methods, wich are used in air humidity sensors. After come note about qestion of measurement humidity in soild substance. Next theme is calibration of sensors. In the last part is describle the structure of electrical network with unificated readout., wich is dependent on surrounding relative air humidity. Obiter work contain practical measurement of humidity in industry and qestions about it.
Electronic timekeeping with movement detection
Paulus, Luboš ; Brož, Vladimír (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
Agility is a competition for dogs and their whipper. The score is made from numbers of errors which dog made and also time in which the dog overcomes crimps decides. Start and finish are detected by the reflective optical spar with logical NPN output. Spar havs to detect only dog in set position in recruit. This signal is processed by a micro – controller, which processes data, more precisely time with accuracy on tenths, sends data on the superior PC.The communication of micro-controller and PC is possible only through USB, RS 232 or wireless RS 232.
Measuring Software for USB Measuring Card National Instruments
Zikmund, Jiří ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Keprt, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with measuring with USB card 6009 from National Industries company. The first part of the project deals with attributes and parameters measuring card. The second part of the project is aimed to programming environment LabView. In the third part of the project is descriptioned program to reading and generating curves, preferences and limits of this program, method of use and its options. In the last part of the project is valorization executed measures.
Measurement and analysis of the detector preamplifier
Temel, Aleš ; republic, David Novák - FEI Czech (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
This paper investigates noise characteristics of detector preamplifier in electron scanning microscopes. Various preamplifiers are measured and the lowest noise level amplifier with good level of speed is used. Further measurement of individual levels of amplifier is done and proposed the most suitable way how to achieve the total amplification. By detailed measuring of amplifier structure are found all unpleasant factors that affect the image quality. On the basis of these dates amplifier hardware is adjusted, software solutions to improve image quality designed and model control implemented, which directly controls active elements of preamplifier so that noise for given amplification was the lowest and reached required amplification.
Attitude and Heading Reference System
Chotaš, Kryštof ; International, - Honeywell (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with inertial navigation systems issues. It describes basics of reference frames, coordinate systems and matrix calculations for AHRS. There are also basic information about inertial sensors, inertial measurements units and its mistakes. One of the purposes of this paper could be explanation of inertial navigation systems terms. The main object of this thesis is to explore the influence of using multiple sensors of same type to enhance measurements of AHRS systems.
Modeling of Inertial Sensors
Trličík, Jakub ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with measurement and modeling of MEMS inertial sensors. This paper describes basic principles of inertial sensors along with their most often errors. The next part shows results from inertial sensor market analysis, which enabling a selection of sensors to be measured. The following two chapters present methods for inertial sensor modeling and testing. The biggest part of text is dedicated to presentation of measurement results showing us static measurement of Allan variance, Earth rotation, temperature dependent bias and dynamic measurement of gyroscope sensitivity testing over temperature. In the last part of the thesis is presented a design of sensor error model by autocorrelation function and Allan variance and also an evaluation of achieved results.
Measuring system for pulse tests
Brýdl, Ondřej ; Uher, Miroslav (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
In this paper is discussed impulse testing at high voltage switchgear. It focused on practical methodics of measuring, theoretical knowledge and technical terms. Further is discussed a parts of switchgear UniGear ZS1, which is most often equipment to measure. It also dealing with own measurements, process of measuring and wiring diagram. As next step, is perform trial testing with Dr Strauss system and digital osciloskope. Based on trial test, it choose digital scope and create application in in the program LabVIEW12 and debugging workstation at technical laboratory in ABB.

This thesis contains information about fast measuring card design for data processing from NQR measuring probe. The overall purpose is to create functional prototype of measuring card. Thesis describes suitable design of PCB having regard to EMC. There are information abou digital signal processing, using algorithms DFT and FFT. The thesis contains information about FPGA and there are rules, how to program FPGA correctly. In the practical part of the thesis, there are information about PCB design of ADC and DAC. There are also information about design of program for FPGA and control application for PC.
Datalogger for UL aircraft
Marek, Michal ; Vágner, Martin (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of flight data recorder for UL aircraft. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of measurement of the quantities in relation to the operation of the aircraft, such as altitude, air speed. A separate chapter deals with systems for determining of GPS position. Furthermore, there are examples of instruments measuring these quantities. The practical part is focused on the description of selected components and their connection to PIC24FJ64GA004 microcontroller.
