My diploma thesis should bring a view of business environment in the Philippines, including the culture and business differences. I will introduce some basic facts about the country and then using the PEST analysis assess economic,social, cultural, political and legal environment of the country. Based on this PEST analysis and some of the business opportunities I will also try to suggest potential investors, whether to enter or not the philippino market.

China is an important business partner for almost the whole world lately. This thesis deals with company SanSwiss, s. r. o. and its business in China. The aim is to ascertain the business terms of the company SanSwiss in China, analyze its position, business, business relations and problems with Chinese business counterparts. The thesis also occupies with the question whether the cooperation with Chinese business counterparts is efficient. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter introduces the company SanSwiss, s. r. o. The second part deals with business with Chinese business counterparts. The third part outlines the possible ways of expanding the company.
The Czech art on the domestic and global art markets

The main goal of the submitted thesis is an analysis of the global art market and the Czech art market during the period of 2007 - 2012. The principal problems, which are connected with the art market, are mentioned. The next part of the thesis describes institutional forms of the art market with the emphasis on the Czech Republic. The last goal is focused on issues of the Czech art in relation to the global art market.
Specifics of doing business and trade in Hong Kong

The thesis analyses the business environment and its specifics in Hong Kong. The analysis is done by using the PEST analysis. It explores step by step the political, economical, social-cultural and technological environment. It focuses mainly on the economical part, which includes also the process of incorporation. Apart from the analysis of the business environment, the thesis contains practical information about Czech companies that conduct business in Hong Kong. This information is obtained from a questionnaire. On basis of the general analysis and the questionnaire the thesis deduces several pros and cons of doing business in Hong Kong and it mentions some recommendations for firms that are planning to enter the Hong Kong market.
Specifics of Entrepreneurial Environment, Business and Cultural Customs of the region Rhone-Alpes

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the entrepreneurial environment and outline specifics of business negotiation and cultural customs of the French region Rhône-Alpes and also to verify the theory that the region is suitable for entrance of Czech entrepreneurs. The paper could serve as a comprehensive guide for potencial investors, entrepreneurs and business representatives. The body of the thesis is divided into seven chapters. The introductory chapter provides basic characteristics of the region from the administrative, geographic, demographic and historic point of view. The second chapter analyses economical environment, industry, agriculture, infrastructure, tourism and foreign trade of the region. The content of the third chapter is evalution of technological environment that plays a very important role in the region. The fourth chapter is focused on business customs, etiquette and cultural specifics, whose knowledge is essential for successful business cooperation. The fifth chapter evaluates attractiveness of the entrepreneurial environment and names its strengths and weaknesses. The sixth chapter is dedicated to cooperation between the Czech Republic and the region. The last chapter contains questionnaire and results of questionnaire inquiry. The paper is based on Czech and foreign books and internet sources, statistics made by international organizations and is amended by information provided by Mr. Martin Dytrych from the French-Czech Business Chamber and personal experience of entrepreneurs.

Emphasis are firstly placed on the economic development, development of the most important economic lines and culture in Saxony. This work also contains an analyse of Saxons and their behaviour by trade negotiations or international cooperation. This is described and represented in concrete studies.
Diplomatic protocol of the Czech Army

The thesis focuses on diplomatic protocol of the Czech Army, an organisation which is not very well known within the most of the population. To analyse diplomatic protocol of the Czech Army, it is necessary to know internal rules authorized by the Secretary of Defence or the General Staff of the Czech Army that sets and specifies the fundamental rules and procedures during its process. In case of their absence, it is expected to act according to the general protocol conventions. The main aim of the thesis is to define the key part of diplomatic protocol of the Czech Army within its specific conditions. It also aims to find possible deficiencies during the process and to propose and recommend relevant solution for correction of negative deviations from recommended procedure.
Muslim communities in Europe and their impact on international trade

The main aim of the presented Bachelor's thesis is to analyse the presence of Muslim communities in Europe and their impact on international trade. The first chapter deals with the basic characteristics of the Islamic religion and the historical development of its business activity. The second part pursues the issues of migration and migration trends of the Muslim community settled in Europe. Attention is also paid to the definition of a community as a social structure. The third part analyses the genesis of the Muslim population in Europe with focus on the socio-economic profile of Muslim communities in Great Britain, Germany and France. The fourth chapter describes the basic principles of Islamic finance. The fifth section deals with the development of the halal business in the European market. The final part of the Bachelor's thesis seeks to analyse the presence of Muslim minorities in Europe and their impact on international trade.
Trade relations of the Czech Republic with Bavaria and opportunities for further expansion of mutual cooperation

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse business relations between the Czech Republic and Bavaria, the largest state of Germany. The thesis is firstly devoted to basic characteristics of Bavarian economy and also describes macroeconomic indicators. The thesis provides information on the development of mutual relations, commodity structure of trade, investments and institutional cooperation between the two countries. Finally, business opportunities for Czech and Bavarian entrepreneurs and perspectives for future cooperation are outlined.
The position of Philip Morris Company on the Czech market

The aim of this thesis is to analyze, define and evaluate the position of Philip Morris Company on the Czech market. The work is divided into four main chapters. The first part is dedicated to the characteristics of Philip Morris, where the reader gets acquainted with the history and development of the company, its objectives and strategies. Also the best known cigarette brands that Philip Morris offers are presented. A considerable part of the work deals with the tobacco industry. It is devoted to the second chapter of the work. Close attention is focused on the regulatory measures of tobacco products, whose content is crucial for future development of the company. The mainstay is concentrated in the third chapter, which deals with the analysis of the position of Philip Morris on the tobacco market. To achieve the objectives of the work, the characteristics of the tobacco market in the Czech Republic and its consumers, identifying main competitors, financial analysis and SWOT analysis are stated. The final fourth chapter summarizes the main findings and discusses the prospects on the tobacco market and future development of the company.
