The proposition of alternate solution of initial project direction phase for IT consultant company RANKENEN a.s., specifically its planning, is described in the practical part of the thesis.
Project Proposal for Selected Company‘s Reallocation

The diploma thesis deals with the project management issues, specifically the proposal plan for the project of selected company's reallocation. The theoretical part describes elementary knowledge and tools of a project management which are used in following chapters. Analysis of current state is completed via study of opportunities in one of the chapters of practical part of the thesis. And time analysis, resource analysis, cost analysis and also risk analysis is described in chapter that follows. Benefits of the project and thesis as such are mentioned at the end of the thesis.
Binocular vision and anaglyph production

This work concerns physiology of binocular vision and stereovision. The main topic of this work is the production of anaglyphs. The first part introduces anatomy of the eyes and principle of binocular vision, which is the stereoscopic production based on. The second part introduces the individual methods, it's processes and technical implementation for three-dimensional presentation with focusing on answering questions connected with production of anaglyphs. At the same time the M-script ANAGLYPH was developed, which provides connection with two external cameras and becomes high-quality element of anaglyphs production. All anaglyphs were photographed with couple of Logitec C120 or couple of Canon 450D cameras. Final anaglyphs were presented to a group of observers and they were given question forms. Subjective opinions of observers were statistically analyzed. The electronic version of this work and all the files and data are included on attached DVD.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of new growing characteristics PIWI varieties. The main objective was to determine whether the new interspecific varieties from other EU countries suitable for our conditions . Literary section discusses the intersection of interspecific varieties for registration of varieties and of tests for distinctness, uniformity, stability and value. The methodology describes selected varieties Solaris , Aletta , Johanniter , Hibernal , Saphira , Cabernet Cortis , Rösler , which are a prerequisite for its expansion in the country. The experiment was conducted in the vineyards of a private company that has these varieties planted in large areas and wineries already sold on the Czech market. The following describes the analytical method used to obtain the results . These results were summarized in tables and graphs. Based on the theoretical and practical knowledge has been discussed for each variety, their quantitative and qualitative terms.
Analysis and strategy of the comapany Farela on the czech and foreign markets

The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part starts with the business`s macro environment analysis, which describes the economic factors, political factors, technological factors of the transport market. Further, an analysis company, which includes financial analysis, staffing analysis, analysis of business microenvironment and SWOT analysis. Another section is the strategy of the company, including marketing strategy, market segmentation and human resource management. The last part is about the vision for the future, this part is a draft plan of the reorganization.
Marketing strategy of the company Interkontakt on the czech and foreign markets

The work is divided into three parts. The first part tries to describe the marketing strategy from a theoretical point of view. The following part describes the structure of the company's activity. The third part deals with the marketing strategy. First I describe the main aims of the strategy and invidual marketing tools that lead to the described aims. As a part of examined marketing tools I chose the product, selling staff, prize, relationship marketing, communication mix and exporting methodic on foreign markets. The next part of the work contains a SWOT analysis. The proposed improvement suggestion results from the company's threats, which will be the most highlighted elements of this part. As a conclusion I evaluate marketing efficiency and moreover the marketing aims fulfillment.
