Polygonal Models Smoothing
Nečas, Ondřej ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Kršek, Přemysl (advisor)
The result of digitalization 3d surface is affected by many factors. After digitalization can on the surface emerge some unwanted artefacts. The differences from original are caused by resolution of the device or its limited precision. For elimination of this artefact exists many smoothing algorithms, but we want to choose that which best suits this purpose. So it is useful to know their limits and characteristics.
SEO - Search Engine Optimization
Trávník, Petr ; Nečas, Ondřej (referee) ; Kajan, Rudolf (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis presents an overview of factors affecting site visibility in search engines including optimization for geographic areas, various language modifications, etc. The Thesis gives a brief overview of tools that help in the process of web optimization. The main goal is to design and implement a web application capable of analyzing web pages and reporting positions in search engines.
Automorphing of the Image Pairs
Čermák, Pavel ; Nečas, Ondřej (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This thesis I deal with creating automorphing between source and destination image. The thesis describes existing methods and algorithms for creating morphing. The thesis focuses on the design and implementation methods for creating automorphing. For this purpose it is necessary to detect significant points in the image, find correspondence of to these points and create your own morphing.
Physics Simulation on GPU
Hanzl, Martin ; Nečas, Ondřej (referee) ; Polok, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on rigid body dynamics simulation accelerated via GPU. Main subject of this thesis is analysis of physical processes during collisions and presentation of their mathematical models. It includes individual algorithms that present general principles of individual collision variants. Subsequetly it suggests also general parallel algorithm for collision handling. Part of the paper is test application that shows implementation of suggested algorithm.
Moving Object Detection in Video Using CUDA
Horák, František ; Nečas, Ondřej (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This thesis deals with methods of moving object detection in video; by selecting and applying proper algorithms and implementing them with CUDA. Technology CUDA is described and wieved it's architecture and other parts. General principles of moving object detection are observed and modification are discussed. Final system is implemented and tested.
Procedurally Generated City
Pazdera, Radek ; Nečas, Ondřej (referee) ; Kajan, Rudolf (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis covers procedural generation of cities. It explores various existing systems that allow procedural generation of large urban areas. Some of the used approaches in this area are later discussed and explained. This thesis also describes design, implementation and testing of an open-source system for procedural generation of cities, which is based on the discussed techniques. The system consists of libcity library and a demo application OgreCity. At the end of this thesis is the current implementation evaluated and a few possible extensions are proposed.
Proposal of an Automatic Trading Systems for Use on Foreign Exchange
Nečas, Ondřej ; Janků, Dušan (referee) ; Rejnuš, Oldřich (advisor)
The content of this diploma thesis is building an automatic trading system and its exact description. The thesis is focused on the classification of system requirements and on this base selection of underlying asset, which is defined by the forex contracts category.
Generating Realistic Tree Models
Kučerňák, Martin ; Nečas, Ondřej (referee) ; Polok, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with generating realistic tree models. It describes briefly growth of trees and factors that influence growth. Next, it describes development of methods for tree generation, and describes few chosen methods. After that, simple stochastic method for generating trees is designed, and application, in which the method is implemented, is described. Trees created by this method are then compared with existing methods and aplications, and its qualities are discussed. Then areas with room for improvement are named.
Electromagnetic side channel attack
Nečas, Ondřej ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Stančík, Peter (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is, firstly, to design and create the measuring environment for the research of electromagnetic side-channel attacks in cryptography; and secondly, to inform readers about the basics of electromagnetic and power side-channel attacks which present effective ways of the modern cryptosystems’ cryptoanalysis. In the theoretical part, the basic side-channel attacks, including their history and models, are described. The main part is focused on the explanation of the basic principles of power and electromagnetic side-channel attacks. Then, the work describes the basic physical principles of electromagnetic fields; and also the methods which can be used to measure the electromagnetic field. An example of the origination of the electromagnetic field in microprocessors is included. In the next part of the work the theoretical foundation necessary for successful implementation of the measurement of electromagnetic fields on the PIC microprocessor is presented. Next part of the chapter is devoted to the AES encryption standard, the activity of which is examined in the practical part. Furthermore, the magnetic probes, designed according to the theoretical knowledge are described. Also the research environment is described in this chapter. The list of measuring instruments used in the practical part is also included. The practical part of the work deals with the implementation aspects designed to achieve the ideal measurement conditions, such as the choice of appropriate probe, the appropriate location and distance between the probe and the measured system, setup of the oscilloscope and signal synchronization. Furthermore, the measured electromagnetic waveforms for selected instructions are presented. After that follows an analysis of the individual rounds of the AES encryption standard; the analysis of whole AES standard is also included. Then, the methods of simple and differential electromagnetic analysis are implemented. With regard to the knowledge gained in the practical part of the work, the possible countermeasures implemented against the power and electromagnetic side channel attacks are described. The final part of the work comprises a brief review of results.
The House nearby little chapel
Nečas, Ondřej ; ing.arch. Lukáš Ležatka, Ph.D (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was a proposal of new multifunctional house in the cadastral area Brno-Židenice. On this topic was made proposal in the AG32 subject. The building is located on the corner parcell of Nezamyslova and Táborská. The main objective in the design was to create a high-quality and full-fledged housing despite the hectic place where the building is located. The shape of the building is based on the street lines of streets mentioned above. Another factor taken into consideration is the chapel right on the junction of streets. The proposed house is trying complement chaple by its simple cubic form. Space between the house and the chapel should become more busy meeting place for locals. This action are supported by café located in front face of the building, which can expand outdoors during the summer time. An important element is the passage to a quieter area in the yard, where there is semi-public zone shielded from the bustle of the street used for rest. This duality is emphasized by the use of expanded metal facades only from the street side, which serves as a shading element. Conversely, in the yard of the house shows its milder form using white facade. Diverse height of the building respond to the increasing assumption of buildings and busy the street. Street Táborská is intended tram and car traffic, connects Židenice with Julianov and the surrounding area gradually undergoing renovations at which raises the height of surrounding buildings. On this side object has 4 storeys. Street Nezamyslova is only served by tram lines, the surrounding area are the family houses, which gradually decrease from the building. In this street object has only 3 floors. Proposed building becomes corner building that closes the block with the connection to the surroundings. Apartments in the building are designed to cover the widest possible the requirements for housing.
