Marketing as a part of competition on the market of social services

1 ABSTRACT The diploma theses deals with marketing in practice of social services. Marketing brings positive effects in the field of client, personal and material-technical capacities to some organisations. This can bring financial as well as nonfinancial profit together with bigger independence from donors who provide means of running of social services. Theses will help to solve problems of some social services managers who don't care about marketing in the organisation sufficiently. The object of this theses is to choose marketing goals and strategies of their obtainment on the basis of marketing macromedium and site analysis of organisation and insert them into the marketing plan in the particular social service, which moves in the competitive setting of other social services. Implementation of Information System for the Financial Decision Support

Elaborate bachelor's thesis investigates at first theoretically way of selection and implementation information system into company. After it analyses current state in choice company and subsequently solves the problem of company, which consists in imperfect coverage by information system. In last part happens on the basis defined requests of this work to selection acceptable information system and to his resulting implementation into the company for the financial decision support and for streamline of all sections in monitored company.

Design of an aircraft for towing according to CS-VLA

The topic of the thesis is a design of an aicraft for towing of gliders. Based on the background research of the towing aircrafts currently used by the Czech aeroclubs and the analysis of the required characteristics of these aircrafts the design of the new airplane has been created. Moreover, the load of engine mount has been determined according to the CS-VLA directive (a certification guidelines for the Very-light aircrafts). Its construction design as well as strength calculation have been elaborated. The part of the thesis is a 3D model of the aircraft and the engine mount.

Solving of Automotive Industry Financial Crisis in Company

Elaborate master’s thesis investigates at first the general knowledge of the theoretical background related with the global financial crisis and its subsequent transfer to the automotive industry. After the theoretical examination is master’s thesis analyzing company MS technik in the period before the financial crisis and especially during the drop in production caused by the effects of financial crisis in the automotive industry. The main part of master’s thesis is solving the impacts of the crises and their consequences in MS technik and in particular the proposals and their subsequent application in the enterprise to cope with the effects of financial crisis which in 2008 affected the market of the automotive industry.

Construction of ultralight aircraft control

This bachelor thesis deals with control of ultralight glider D-14. Based on the research of applied construction solutions of ultralight airplanes I designed my own solution of the specific elements and construction nodes. Also, in accordance with the UL-2 directive load of main control systems are determined. 3D model of the glider fuselage with the elements of the particular assemblies is attached.
