Psychological experience infertility and assisted reproduction in terms of infertile individuals

The aim of this dissertation was to find out how does a woman experience infertility and how do women experience the process of assisted reproduction, comunication with the personel in the centres of reproductive medicine, relationships with their surroundings, family and friends. This dissertation answers three main questions: How does a person experiences asisted reproduction? What kind of copying strategies they use to overcome the stress connected with assisted reproduction? How does an individual experience approach and communication skills of the personel of a centres of reproductive medicine. According to chosen topic of experiencing infertility I have chosen a qualitative research method in the form of case study. Basic strategy for sample selection was purposive (judgemental) sampling through centre of reproductive medicine. I have chosen grounded theory method for the data analysis. Standardized interview was made with every participant. Findings of this qualitative research brings the understanding to person experiencing infertility. Those findings will contribute to more empathy understanding to patiens and their partners during hard time in their life from health care profesionals working in centrs of reproductive medicine. What is the Internet Language Guide and how work with it

The Internet Language Guide (ILG) was made accessible in January 2009. In creating it, the linguists of the Institute of the Czech Language (ICL) built on their experience of the language advising. This public service belongs to notable activities of the ICL. The dictionary part of the ILG contains more than 102 000 entries at present, the explanatory part focuses mainly on the phenomena which repeatedly are the subject of questions of the Czech language users. At the beginning of 2014, the ILG was interconnected with the Dictionary of the Literary Czech Language (more than 192 908 entries) and with the Dictionary of Literary Czech for School and Public (approx. 48 000 entries).

Finanční analýza a regionální význam firmy Vetropack Moravia Glass, a.s.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of financial situation of the company Vetropack Moracia Glasss a.s. from 2009 to 2013 including analysis of regional importance of the company, such as employment, competitiveness, sustainable development, environmental aspects. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part consists of literature research, which identifies and explains main characteristics of financial analysis and each regional aspect. The practical part focuses on calculations and following evaluation of the financial situation and regional status of the company.

Molovky rodu Argyresthia na okrasných jalovcovitých, jejich škodlivost a možnosti regulace

Even 30 species of Argyresthia have been recorded in the Czech Republic. Several species are pests of fruit or ornamental trees. Argyresthia thuiella (Packard, 1871) and A. trifasciata (Staudinger, 1871) are species that have been imported into our country from other geographic areas. Monitoring Argyresthia thuiella and A. trifasciata was carried out in the castle park of Lednice, arboretum of the Mendel University in Brno, arboretum in Nový Dvůr and in the village Jelenice in 2007--2010. Argyresthia thuiella (Packard, 1871) overwinters as caterpillar inside twigs, it pupates in the following spring there. Moths are on the wing during June, up to the beginning of July. Argyresthia trifasciata adults were observed from mid May till the beginning of June. They reach the stage of maturity in October to December. They pupate in the debris under trees. Both species develop one generation annually. Argyresthia thuiella was found on Thuja occidentalis, T. plicata and Chamaecyparis lawsoniana; A. trifasciata on Juniperus virginiana, J. chinensis, J. sabina, J. × media, J. squamata, J. horizontalis; it wasn't found on Chamaecyparis pisifera, Juniperus conferta and Calocedrus decurrens. Both species cause mainly aesthetic damage to plants. In a stronger attack may occur damage to trees, or very young plants may die. Control possibilities were tested in both species.

The history of the Czech Linguistic Atlas

The Czech Linguistic Atlas (of which 5 volumes were published between 1992–2005, and Supplements in 2011) gives a comprehensive and in-depth view of the territorial diversity of Czech dialects and of common speech. The Atlas is based on the results of an extensive research carried out at the territory of the Czech national language (1964–1972).
