Games as an activating method in primary schools

My Degree Work deals with activation methods in a primary school. The goal of the dissertation is to find out the instruction potential of games. The work monitores at the same time whether a game, as a teaching method, can contribute to forming a positive climate of a class. In the theoretical part there is collected knowledge of pedagogical literature concerning an influence of a game, as a method , on an educational process, activation of pupils and climate of a class. In the practical part there is verified an instructive potential of games and their positive influence on evolution of a class climate in a form of an action research. Alcohol consumption and prevention of dependence in CR and France

Despite its social tolerance alcohol remains the drug of all consequences of harmful drinking . In developed European countries is cause 8-10 % of disease and injury. It brings the costs associated with health care and health insurance. Harmful effects of alcohol tend to pronounced in disadvantaged social groups , and therefore contribute to inequalities in health. However, direct injury to constitute a share any negative consequences. Alcohol consumption has a negative impact on economic development and society as a whole. For these reasons, the fight against harmful and hazardous consumption as a priority in public health programs many Member States and the EU as a whole. Czech Republic and France represent two completely different sociocultural environment. Residents have different eating habits, different lifestyles and different degree of tolerance to consume alcoholic beverages. They differ in the extent of individual consequences of harmful use and, therefore, procedures and objectives alcohol policy. Based on the statistical data on consumption , consequences and prevention measures can assess the gravity of the situation in both countries and compare problems of excessive consumption of health and socio-economic viewpoint. Boletales and their use in school praxis

The goal of my diploma work is to contribute to comprehension of biological teaching with the main emphasis on the theme "Boletales and their use in school praxis". In order to reach set goals, the thesis analyses scientific and popularly scientific literature, creates a scientific mycological part together with description and characteristics of observed standpoint. Other activities that were necessary to be undertaken include a preparation of mycofloristic rules, assuring of fotodocumentation of founded representatives appearing at the standpoint, monitoring and analysis of textbooks for secondary schools with respect to theme of teaching, preparation of results to be used for teaching, e.g. preparations of slides for lessons, making up a test with solution and evaluation, creating a working sheet - key to determination of cohort Boletales with evaluation and as conclusion interconnection with relations among subjects. The outcome reflects the contemporary situation of secondary school textbooks. The mushroom systems are outdated. Related literature focuses on the theme of mushrooms marginally. Therefore, it is very demanding to manage the whole content of curriculum regarding planned range.

Mountain guest house

The content of the master thesis is processing of project documentation for The Mountain Guesthouse in Trojanovice, first done as a pilot project and then as a feasibility study. It concerns a two-storey detached building with a parking stand, with a basement. This house is designed from the Porotherm building system, ceiling construction - ceramic ceiling panels, saddle roofs with dormer windows. The work also comprises thermal technical assessment chosen constructions, fire protection report, protocol - the energy label of the building envelope, dispositional design and further calculations.
The Causes of Unsuccessful Integration of Primary School Children with Disabilities into Elementary School

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the causes of unsuccessful integration of disabled young school age children to primary schools. The theoretical part includes a brief outline of integration history in the CR and definitions of basic terms. It also deals with the issue of school integration, including the factors affecting its success rate. The practical part is aimed at finding the causes of unsuccessful integration in two particular cases of pupils with Asperger syndrome diagnosis, which is characterized by lower adaptability to social environment sometimes even leading to acts of aggressiveness. These subsequently lead to exclusion of the pupils from the class where teaching continues in individual form. These pupils were selected upon information from the Education, Youth and Sport Department of the Regional Office of the South Bohemia Region and from the Special Pedagogy Centre in České Budějovice. With regard to the target group size, particularity of the issue and the effort to gain as much colourful picture as possible qualitative research, namely design of case studies, was applied to reach the goal. Data collection was performed by means of content analysis of documents and semi structured interviews with the parties involved of the integration process ? the pupils being integrated and their parents, headmasters, teachers, assistant teachers and classmates. The research lead to the finding that unwillingness of one of the involved parties, i.e. a headmaster or the parents of the child being integrated to cooperate was the main cause of unsuccessful integration process in both the cases.
Design of vases for flowers

The diploma thesis consists of three parts. The first part is devoted to the expression `vase{\crq} and further to the shift of the word vase and different use of vases in the selected historical periods. It deals with the meaning of flowers in the selected historical periods. The second part follows, which deals with lily and daffodil and reasoning of choice of these flowers. This part describes concepts of design of vases for these cut flowers. Next it deals with typology of vases, rules for designing of vases and rules for drapery. The third part deals with practical fabrication of vases for lily and daffodil. It describes technique of vases manufacturing with help of plaster moulds, and complete procedure for their fabrication. Following appendixes document the development of design of vases.
Selection and Admission of Staff on the Labour Market in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with used aspects of admission of new staff. Czech labour market is described in brief , including the recent trends in the unemployment rate. The work attends to the process of admission of new staff, variety of methods, mode of choosing and the steps of selection new staff. There is a chapter that deals with strategy and instruments of staff selection, especially CV and interview. The final chapter is dedicated to the question of discrimination in respect to staff selection.
