The Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme - specific example

The theoretical part is focused on characteristics of the labor market , causes and consequences of unemployment risk groups of people over 50 years , the European Social Fund and its impact on the labor market and characterized Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment 2007-2013. At the conclusion of the theoretical part are specified individual regional project Key competences in Hradec Kralove region. In the practical part of the thesis evaluates the individual regional project Key competences in Hradec Kralove region and described its own survey of long-term success of the project operators in the labor market and measures designed to increase the success of similar projects .
Trade unions

The work deals with different functions for Workers and the success of trade unions in enterprises. The first part deals with the characteristics of the market, the definition of trade unions, the history of the trade union movement, the position of trade unions in the Czech Republic. The second part will focus on the position of trade unions in a selected company and subsequent draft resolution. The aim this diploma thesis is to identify the activities of trade unions. Role of Trade Unions in the present. Activities of trade unions to apply economic theory and bring a real trade union influence on economic entity in the Czech Republic. In selected enterprises will be made on the basis of the survey, which will be an evaluation of the success of the trade union in the company. Furthermore, a comparison is made with successful enterprise trade unions and enterprises with trade union organizations nonfunctional.
State employment policy and the European Social Fund

The Bachelor thesis under the name of The State employment policy and the European Social Fund deals with the problems of unemployment at general level and the tools leading to its solution in the frame of the European Community as well as the national policy. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part describes the unemployment, defines its types and results for every individual and the whole society. The ending of this part is dedicated to the characteristics of the European Social Fund and the active employment policy. The second analytical part describes the Ústí Region and its situation on the labor market and then there are characterized 3 projects of the ESF, on which is focusing own research. The third empirical part evaluates the quantitative research focused on the target group of project participants and employers involved in the project. The aim of this thesis is finding the answer on main research question on the basis of the research results: What effect have implemented projects on their participants and employers?
Analisys of shares funds in the Czech republic

This diploma thesis is focused on the characteristics of funds offered by investment companies on the Czech financial market and to clarify options for investing available funds in this market. At the beginning of the theoretical part are stated the general possibilities of investment, basic notions of collective investment, advantages, disadvantages and potential risks that are associated with investments. Furthermore the thesis also describes history of collective investment in the Czech Republic and abroad, collective investment subjects and very important legislation. Analytical part of this thesis is focused on comparing of evaluation the investments made in certain shared investment funds.
Analysis of the causes of unemployment age group over 50 years

This thesis examines labour market and unemployment not only in chosen region but also at the country level with special focus on people over 50 years of age. Current growing share of older people at labour market is caused especially by demographic trends and by rising of retirement age. From this reason its necessary to diagnose and solve the topic and area of unemployment of elderly persons. In the first part of thesis basic concepts and theoretical basis are defined. We give emphasis on theoretical information regarding of unemployment, its types and rate and employment politics too. The second part of thesis focuses on unemployments evolution and trend in Czech republic, actual state of the labour market and its analysis from the older population point of view. Following part of work characterizes trend of unemployment in Kralupy nad Vltavou and villages in close neighborhood that are part of same administrative district and evaluates overall situation of local labour market. By confirming or declining of stated hypothesis at the end of thesis we aim to define main and root causes of unemployment of chosen age group.
Monetary policy and central banking in the Czech Republic

The subject of my thesis is characteristic of central banking and monetary policy, conducted by the Czech National Bank in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first of these chapters describes central banking, indicates its basic characteristics and functions. The second chapter is more focused on the monetary policy of the Czech National Bank and its nature. There are also defined the various monetary policy tools and their use. The third chapter contains a description of basic macroeconomic indicators and models. Analytical part is also divided into several chapters that describe several aspects of the development of the Czech economy in recent years. The first one contains the characteristics of the Czech economy in terms of sector structure. The second chapter focuses on the development of key macroeconomic data, the inflation and GDP. The third chapter provides an analysis of the development of the selected monetary instruments. In the last chapter, the data will be will evaluated and subjected to paired analysis.
Active and passive employment policy and its use in a selected region of the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis are focused on active and passive employment policy and its use in the region Strakonice. Analysis of the labour market and development of the unemployment are approached in the years 2004 to 2014. Structure of the job applicants and analysis of state employment policy are mainly focused on the period 2011 to 2014. From the theoretic aspect are characterized the labour market and terms associated with it. Furthermore, unemployment is defined. They are described the different types and also the consequences that unemployment brings. There are formulated various instruments of the state employment policy and approached the vulnerable groups which we meet in the labour office. In the practical part are characterized the region Strakonice and its four microregions. There are analysed the labour market in the aspect of unemployment, number of the job applicants or number of the vacancies. The thesis deals with the job applicants structure according to their age, educational attainment and length of the registration in the labour office. Finally, the thesis deals with active and passive employment policy. The conclusion of this section are devoted to the own research in the form of a questionnaire survey. After the subsequent evaluation of the active employment policy in the region Strakonice and vulnerability groups in this area.
Fulfilling EU Convergence Criteria by the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals fulfilment of convergence criteria by the Czech Republic. These criteria must be observed in a long-term period to enter to monetary union and adopt euro as a new national currency of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part is chronological description of European integration, new common currency euro and institutions associated with euro. Shows scenario of the Czech republic for euro adoption. In second part is description of Convergence (Maastricht) criteria in details. Last part deals with analyze of fulfillment these criteria by the Czech Republic. In conclusion is to find a summary of key facts and knowledge mentioned in the thesis. And also evaluation if the Czech Republick is ready to integrate to the Economic and Monetary Union.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of trading on the international foreign exchange market. The aim is to verify the existence of a business strategy that will lead to an appreciation of invested capital on a demo account. The theoretical part describes the function and significance of the Forex market and defines Forex trading using technical and fundamental analysis. The practical part contains a detailed definition of the business strategy and brief descriptions of transactions made during the testing of the strategy. Following chapter comprises an evaluation of the results of the business strategies and their comparison with the stated aim.
Term deposits offered in Czech republic

Bachelor thesis gives information about history and functions of money and banks. It also deals with banking system in the Czech Republic and with central bank. The thesis discusses the role and activity of banks and credit unions. In the practical part it compares the observed interest rates of term deposits that are offered by banks and credit unions. Interest rates are calculated on a predetermined amount of 100 000 CZK, 1 000 000 CZK and 4 000 000 CZK for two years. The best term deposits are presented in the conclusion as well as the analysis of the risks of term deposits in banks and credit unions.
