The goal of this master´s thesis is to create a complex business plan for event agency situated in Prague but targeting not only locals. The business plan was written for internal use of its author to assess the profitability and feasibility of the business idea. The author used several reference literature resources. The actual business plan is to be found in the practical part. The whole structure follows the frame and information researched in the theoretical chapter of the thesis. The main chapters of the plan include the description of market opportunity, marketing strategy, financial plan and analyses of the market, competition and risks.
Business plan for a new production company

The aim of this thesis is to create a viable business plan for a new production company. This company will specialize in manufacturing swimming pool equipment that shall increase the standard of services provided by aqua-establishments. The target market is aqua-establishments (indoor swimming pools, hotel pools a spas) in Europe. The theoretical part deals with general principles of creating a business plan, presents potential users and characterizes its structure. The applied part introduces a specific business plan. Strong emphasis is given on description of competitive advantage, on marketing strategy and on financial plan. Financial plan includes evaluation of effectiveness of the project as well as evaluation of viability of the project.
The benefit of agricultural subsidies for competitiveness on local market

This Bachelor´s Thesis addresses the issue of agricultural subsidies. In theoretical section, it explains the elementary terms necessary for the understanding of this issue, and mentions the subjects which the subsidy applicant should be familiar with. In practical section, it shows the benefits of subsidies and their importance in agricultural area. Through specific examples it tries to show ways of management and it´s effective utilization. The thesis is completed with interesting attachments including photographs of newly founded farm in Vysočina region.
Business plan of a new bar in Prague

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the new founded company Gefestus Ltd., which will operate the bar with a unique system of loyalty and gamification. Before the actual business plan goes a theoretical part, which defines the basic concepts and basis for preparation of a business plan. The plan itself is designed for business owners as informational background with an emphasis on marketing and description of the USP. On the base of analyzes will be also made an evaluation of the viability of the project, set conditions for successful realization of the project, also will be analyzed and composed predictions of financial results for the first year of business in pessimistic, realistic and optimistic way.
Analysis of a Business Model – Ensuring of Vehicle and Emission Testing of Cars

The aim of this thesis is to analyse a business model that is defined in two ways: company client and company company. The main point is ensuring of vehicle and emission testing of cars. In the first case, car owners are the clients, and in the second case, car repair shops are the clients. The theoretical part includes definitions of terms and descriptions of individual analyses and serves as a basis for the practical part where we can find internal and external analyses as well as descriptions of both forms of the business model. The outcomes of the analyses are then used to create a SWOT matrix. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the data and results of all analyses, which can present a useful tool when deciding about any further development of the business idea.
Business plan – private kindergarten

Current bachelor work is dedicated to entrepreneurship with reference to the SME. The business plan is related to the field of opening of private kindergartens, which is currently very popular. The theoretical part of the work deals with the kindergartens' operation, regulatory and legal framework of its functionality, the project of the structure and the principles of its foundation. The practical part of the thesis contains the actual business plan for opening a kindergarten. The main objective of the thesis is the preparation of understandable, systematic and ideally applicable business project that potentially can be used in negotiations with investors in the field of raising capital for the project implementation and successful operation of the business. We came to the firm conclusion that the project is appropriate for implementation.

The Bachelors thesis focuses on business plan of starting tea house in Australia. Work is composed of two parts, practical and theoretical. In the theoretical part are defined the basic terms concerning entrepreneurship and business plan. Then in the practical part, there is the concrete business plan and components defined in the theoretical part. The goal of the work was to estimate ehether the business will prosper or not after one year of existence.
Influence the implementation of CRM on the development potential of companies

This thesis looks into the complex issue of CRM implementation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The first part of the thesis aims at analyzing CRM system, defining it's essential features and also investigating influence of the system implementation. The main goal of the second part of the thesis is to analyze two Russian companies, which have implemented the CRM system or a part of them. In this part I have performed own research and on the basis of investigation I realize my own measurements of effectiveness of implementation. In the conclusion, I have summarized main results of the implementation and suggest some own ideas for company business development.
Social entrepreneurship demostrated by practical example

Objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic with a demonstration of good practice. The theoretical part is focused on the definition and principles of this activity. The first part of the practical part deals with the conditions for the creation, development opportunities and sustainability for this type of business in Czech Republic. Part of this thesis is to map the current state of the field of social entrepreneurship and the possibility of financial support for our country. The second part is devoted to selected companies - Ethnocatering and Baby Office, s.r.o., which will allow a better understanding of the opportunities, pitfalls, advantages, disadvantages and meaning of social entrepreneurship. Conclusion, the author devotes to overall assessment and proposes her own recommendations for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Franchising as a form of entrepreneurship in gastronomy

This Bachelors Thesis deals with the choice of form of entrepreneurship in gastronomy. The aim of this Thesis is to facilitate the decision making process when choosing the form of business for the restaurant opening. The theoretical part describes the issue of franchising and subsequently the description of the procedure for opening a franchise restaurant. This topic is put into practice in the practical part of this Bachelors Thesis. Here is shown the procedure of opening Taco Bell franchise branch in Prague. The second half of the practical part consists of an example of opening an own brand Mexican restaurant. In the end we can find brief outline of revenues and expenditures of the restaurant. Conclusion of this Bachelors Thesis is consisted of brief description and comparation of both options of opening business in gastronomy and subsequently is selected the more suitable form for opening a restaurant.
