Tato bakalářská práce byla věnována podnikání prostřednictvím MSP. Podnikatelský plán se týkal oblasti, která se v dnešní době těší velmi velkému zájmu, jedná se o otevření soukromé mateřské školky. V rámci teoretické části práce proběhlo zhodnocení nejen mateřských školek a právního rámce pro jejich fungování, ale rovněž i podnikatelského plánu, jeho struktury a zásad, podle kterých byl sestavován. Praktická část práce již obsahovala samotný podnikatelský plán věnovaný otevření mateřské školky. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení srozumitelného, systematického a v praxi využitelného podnikatelského plánu, který bude mít šanci obstát například u investorů při shánění cizího kapitálu pro realizaci projektu a provoz podniku. V práci se dospělo k jednoznačnému závěru, že projekt je vhodný pro realizaci. Current bachelor work is dedicated to entrepreneurship with reference to the SME. The business plan is related to the field of opening of private kindergartens, which is currently very popular. The theoretical part of the work deals with the kindergartens' operation, regulatory and legal framework of its functionality, the project of the structure and the principles of its foundation. The practical part of the thesis contains the actual business plan for opening a kindergarten. The main objective of the thesis is the preparation of understandable, systematic and ideally applicable business project that potentially can be used in negotiations with investors in the field of raising capital for the project implementation and successful operation of the business. We came to the firm conclusion that the project is appropriate for implementation.
