Algebraic Equations Comparisons
Nečasová, Gabriela ; Kunovský, Jiří (referee) ; Šátek, Václav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the topic of comparative calculation of algebraic equations. First it describes the comparison of the overall number of operations at direct and iteration met\-hods, as well as gives concrete examples of the methods and explains solutions of direct and iteration methods. Another part focuses on possible methods of converting systems of linear algebraic equations to the system of differential equations. The end of the thesis describes method of working with TKSL/C, Matlab and Maple. In this thesis, there was designed graphical user interface serving for comfortable communication with TKSL/C programme. Graphical user interface was tested on concrete tasks demonstrating the conversion of system of linear algebraic equations to the system of differential equations.
Definite Integrals in Maple, Matlab and TKSL
Barták, Jaroslav ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis discourses different types of definite integrals calculations, applying Maple, Matlab and TKSL software. Additionally, the thesis compares above software in terms of usability of calculated results of each program. For verification of calculations and comparison of different interpretations, there are examples of source code attached. By virtue of this files it is possible to revise the calculations of definite integrals and compare complexity of its record. Finally, the paper also compares above programs considering their user-friendliness.
Application of AAC in Special Education for i-CT Framework
Čajánek, Martin ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Fiala, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of communication needs in special education during sessions with mental disabled people and also focuses on application, which addresses this problematic. Developed application enables users to create sentences by choosing picture symbols representing words or their own creating and subsequent voice synthesizing of constructed sentence. This application is designed for mobile devices with Android and iOS operating systems and was develop in accordance with " Computer as Therapy " design principles and serves as extension (add-on) for i-CT Framework, which encapsulates and simplifies interaction and management among applications designed for special education.
Specialized Computer System Automatic Control
Opálka, Jan ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the automatic control of calculations of specialized system. The reader is acquainted with the numerical solution of differential equations by Taylor series method and numerical integrators. The practical aim of this work is to analyze parallel characteristics of Taylor series method, specification of parallel math operations and design of control of this operations.
Electronic Representation of Line Reflex
Yousifová, Hanen ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
It would be difficult to imagine a world without communication systems . In order to optimise guided communication systems , it is necessary to determine or project power and signal losses in the system, since all systems have such losses . To determine these losses and eventually ensure a maximum output, it is necessary to formulate some kind of equation with which to calculate these losses . A mathematical derivation for the telegraph equation in terms of voltage and current for a section of a transmission line will be investigated .
Multimodal System for Multi-Object Tracking in Real-Time
Kučera, Adam ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the topic of multi-object multi-sensor tracking. A conventional track-oriented multiple hypothesis  tracking (TOMHT) pipeline is implemented in C++ programming language and an implementable interface is designed, enabling to easily extend the core algorithm with arbitrary sensors and measured target attributes, making the system multimodal, i.e.\ applicable in heterogeneous systems of sensors. A novel algorithm for solving combinatorial optimization arising in TOMHT is proposed. Finally, few example implementations of the interface are provided and the system is evaluated in simulated and real-world scenarios.
Semianalytical Computation of Fourier Series Coeficients
Hégr, Tomáš ; Kunovský, Jiří (referee) ; Šátek, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with semianalytical computation of the coefficients of the Fourier series. The aim of this work is to create a graphical user interface for program TKSL/C. The work contains the theory of Fourier series and Fourier transforms. The state of the art software is described in the following chapter. In the next parts the thesis describes the concept of the implementation of the user interface, some tutorial examples which were used and the summary of user testing.
Electronic Circuits Simulation
Žabka, Michal ; Kocina, Filip (referee) ; Šátek, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the most popular numerical methods for solving differential equation. Following part describe a electronic circuits and simulation programs. First part of this thesis is focused on the Taylor series method computation and its parallel solution. In another chapters, it will be describe the methods for solution of electronic circuits, the process of designing a model of CMOS inverter, CMOS NAND and CMOS NOR. The final part of this thesis is focused on simulation in various simulation programs and evaluation of the effectiveness of individual methods.
Finite Integrals Numerical Computations
Mikulka, Jiří ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
The application of the finite integral of multiple variable functions is penetrating into more and more industries and science disciplines. The demands placed on solutions to these problems (such as high accuracy or high speed) are often quite contradictory. Therefore, it is not always possible to apply analytical approaches to these problems; numerical methods provide a suitable alternative. However, the ever-growing complexity of these problems places too high a demand on many of these numerical methods, and so neither of these methods are useful for solving such problems. The goal of this thesis is to design and implement a new numerical method that provides highly accurate and very fast computation of finite integrals of multiple variable functions. This new method combines pre-existing approaches in the field of numerical mathematics.
Performance Engineering of Stencils Optimization in Geometric Multigrid
