Motivational system of a retailing company as a way of builing employees´ loyalty

The goal of this thesis is to give answer to basic questions about employees' motivation, motivational tools that the employer can use and optimalization of employees' loyalty. To be more focused and precise, we limit our research to the field of retailing companies. The goal of this thesis is thus to analyse the motivational system of a retailing company and its impact on the loyalty of the employees. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we will get to know the basic motivational theories and tools. Besides this, we will focus on current trends in the field of employees'recognition. In the practical part, we will apply the theoretical methods to a real company Notes, a.s. We will create, based on a survey reflecting employees' satisfaction, a picture of motivational sytem of this company and we will try to identify its strenghts and weakneasses We should use all the knowledge from this thesis at the end when suggesting improvements of the motivational system for Notes, a.s.

This thesis is dedicated to franchising and gives the perspective on it as the most suitable form of entrance to a foreign market. The objective of the work is making the analysis of possible practical implementation of franchising in the Ukraine. The first section of the thesis is focusing on theoretical aspects of penetration into foreign market. A careful examination is given to the main reasons for entrance into foreign markets. Then the reader is introduced to the most common forms of entrance: merger, license, direct export etc. The reader will have the opportunity to get introduced to the detailed analysis of definitions and issues directly connected to franchising. The second section has a practical nature and is dedicated to franchising application in the conditions of the Ukraine.
Key Account Management in the international organization AIESEC

The thesis compounds three views on the Key Account Management (KAM). Firstly, KAM is defined from a theoretical perspective. Secondly, a practical example of KAM is described within the international organization AIESEC; including feedback from a client. Finally, there are suggestions in order to improve KAM in terms of soft skills of Account Managers.
Spanish cultural standards

These Spanish-Czech cultural standards could be useful as a part of intercultural trainings made for Czech managers and workers who want to be prepared for a stay in Spain or any contact with Spanish culture. The theoretical part explains different related terminology necessary for a correct use of the standards. It involves terms like social interaction, communication and intercultural communication. The practical part describes the basic characteristics of the country, political and economical system, business dealings and diplomatic protocol. The core of the thesis is the chapter Czech-Spanish cultural standards which analyzes the main differences of Czech and Spanish cultures elaborated according to the executed interviews.

The main part is focused on a franchising system and future strategy of the project Hračky Modré z nebe. It presents the company Eltsen a.s. which wants to realize the project in the future, its historical development and current situation. The thesis describes the way which the company would like to choose to be able to realize whole project.

This work is about manager motivation. It is based on the theory from literature and questionnaire filled in by employees who work in selected company. The work contains explanation of single motivation concepts, evolution stages and single motivation theories. It observes how important is motivation not only for top managers but also for all the other workers. The aim of this work is to evaluate manager motivation on single levels of management and to find factors that stimulate managers to higher and better performance.
Franchising as a method of building a network

Graduation theses is concerned with the analysis of taking advantage of using franchising in the business, specifically with application of franchising for development of already existing firm. Theoretical part summarises the principles and presumptions of using franchising concept. The practical part deals with the application of hypothesis stated in the first part on the example of a real firm. The thesis suggests a solution of problems connected with creating a franchise network.

Brazil as a Trade Partner of the Czech Republic, Special Focus on Tourism

The first chapter informs about the territory, population and the administrative division of Brazil. The second chapter characterizes the economy of the country, the third chapter describes its foreign trade. The fourth chapter discusses the way negotiations are held in Brazil and the facts to consider when entering the Brazilian market. The fifth chapter deals with trade relations between Brazil and the Czech Republic, the sixth chapter with tourism from Brazil to the Czech Republic and vice versa. The last chapter suggests an unconventional vacation in Brazil introducing the destination and the core activities first, giving details about the trip and the price calculation next and finally assessing the interest in this vacation based on a survey conducted via internet.
Franchising jako forma vstupu na trh

Předkladaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou franchisingu jako formy vstupu na zahraniční trh. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nejprve teoreticky rozebrat franchising jako jednu z možných forem expanze firem na zahraniční trhy, přiblížit problematiku franchisingu z pohledu prodávajícího franchisy a nakonec i aplikovat teoretické poznatky pro zkoumání a zhodnocení franchisingové firmy působící na českém trhu. Cíle jsou dosažené propracováním teoreticky uceleného pohledu na franchising z pohledu franchisora, analýzou a následným zhodnocením vstupu franchisingové firmy HIRSH INTERNATIONAL LTD na český trh. Za určitých podmínek, franchising se ukazuje jako dobrá volba formy vstupu firmy na zahraniční trh, která má řadu výhod. Předkládaná bakalářská práce obsahuje úvod, šest hlavních kapitol, závěr, seznam použité literatury a zdrojů a přílohy.
