Apartment building

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new apartment building in Prostejov, which will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero energy consumption. This apartment building was designed in such a way that its operation does not limit the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on neighboring parcels in the immediate vicinity. The new building is designed as a detached apartment building on a flat plot. The main entrance and arrival to the plot is from the north side. On the land used by us, a parking area with the number of nine parking spaces will be proposed, which are located in the west. The building also has an underground garage with an additional parking space. The apartment building is designed as four floors with a basement. In the basement of the apartment building, there are storage spaces, together with the technical background of the relevant technologies, a garage with twelve parking spaces, which stands out from the regular shape of the building's floor plan. On the 1st floor there is also a carriage house, a bicycle shed, a cleaning and technical room and three apartment units. Only residential units are located on the other above-ground floors. The total number of residential units is twelve. They are divided into three layout categories – 1+kk, 2+1, 3+1. Apartment units on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor and 4th floor have balconies designed for recreation. If necessary, the layout of apartments and common areas can be changed to meet the requirements of barrier-free use of the building by persons with disabilities. The bachelor's theses were prepared in accordance with the current legal regulations of the Czech Republic as of the date of submission of this bachelor's thesis.
Apartment Building

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation for the new construction of a residential building at the level of construction implementation. The proposed building is located in the outskirts of the village of Chrudim in the locality Na Špici. The main task was to create a pleasant environment for the inhabitants of the house while respecting the character of the surrounding buildings. The Na Špici locality is sought after for its modern appearance and attractive location. It is a detached U-shaped building with three above-ground and one underground floor. On the underground floor there is a collective garage, cellar and technical background of the apartment building. Only residential units are located on the above-ground floors. Each floor has five residential units of different layouts. The main entrance to the building is from the north-west side through the entrance gate, the entrance to the collective garage is on the opposite side, so as to minimize the noise from car traffic, which would negatively affect the environment of the courtyard with greenery. All the floors are connected by an external staircase and lift with a connection to the external pavements that run through the courtyard and form a communication between the apartments. The structural system is made of aerated concrete blocks in combination with reinforced concrete and sand-lime blocks. The foundation of the building is based on plain concrete footings. The horizontal bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and the roofing is designed with extensive vegetation.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Prostějov. The building has four above-ground and one underground floors. The terrain around the building is slightly sloping. There are a total of nine apartments in the above-ground units ranging in size from 1+kk to 5+kk. On the first above-ground floor, a wheelhouse, a carriage room, a cleaning room, a technical room and an air conditioning machine room are designed. There are also designed cellar cubicles for individual apartments. On the first underground floor, a collective garage with parking for eight cars. Wall construction system. Support structures made of Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slabs. The roof is designed as a flat vegetation roof. The building is based on foundation strips made of simple concrete. Columns designed reinforced concrete footings.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The plot is in the eastern part of the town of Třebíč, in a partially built-up area. The terrain slopes towards the southern side of the plot. The building is situated in the southeastern part of this plot. It is a standalone brick apartment building, topped with a flat roof covered with PVC-P membrane waterproofing. The building consists of two main rectangular blocks placed side by side, with their longer sides parallel to the local service road (Modřínová Street). A third smaller block forms the entrance to the roof. The building also features balconies on three sides. The apartment building has one underground floor and four above-ground floors, containing a total of 15 residential units. The underground floor includes a communal garage for 5 vehicles, utility facilities, and storage spaces. Additional storage spaces are located on the first above-ground floor, which also houses the main entrance to the building. The vertical structures are designed using the Porotherm system. The basement perimeter walls, and ceiling structures are made of monolithic concrete. The staircase is prefabricated with Schöck elements for impact sound insulation. The building has been assessed for fire safety and building physics.

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new building apartment building, which will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero consumption energy. This apartment building was designed so that its operation does not disturb or did not restrict the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on neighboring land in the immediate vicinity. The apartment building is designed as four floors, partially with a basement. They are in an apartment building dimensioned storage spaces, technical background of relevant technologies, social premises serving as a place of recreation for BD residents and separate housing units. Total the number of housing units is 12.
Apartment Building

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation at the construction implementation level for an apartment building. The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the appropriate use of structural, thermal-technical, and material solutions. It is a basement four-story apartment building of irregular shape, which contains a total of 13 apartment units, with each apartment unit assigned a basement storage room located in the basement part of the building. The building is founded on strip foundations and a base slab. The vertical load-bearing system of the above-ground floors consists of Therm-type ceramic blocks with a certified contact insulation system. The vertical load-bearing system in the basement floor is made using lost formwork blocks filled with concrete. Therm-type acoustic blocks are used for the internal load-bearing walls. Monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs were designed as the ceiling structure. The apartment building is roofed with a single-layer flat green roof with a constant slope, which is prepared for the placement of photovoltaic panels to utilize alternative energy sources.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the detailed design documentation for a new family house in the village of Troskotovice. The aim is to design the layout of the building with almost zero energy consumption, to choose a suitable structural system and supporting system, and to solve the building's embedment in the ground. The family house is a two-storey building with an energy-efficient wall system using ceramic brick blocks. The shape of the building is U-shaped, creating an atrium in the southern part, which is the main architectural element. The ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete. The roofing is designed with a flat double-skin roof. The work also includes a structural and physical assessment.

The subject of these Master Thesis is a new building of Cars Museum. The object is located in Telc on street Radkovska, district Jihlava. This locality was chosen for its favorable conditions. In this area, there are lots of enthusiast and supporters of motorism. The nearest commission of veterans is around 50 km far. This museum is also meaning to improve a network of a commission of veterans. Telc is a beautiful historic city, which is an ideal choice for a museum of veterans. The building is divided into 3 imaginary sectors. The first one is an administrative part, which has two above-ground floors. In the first floor, there is educative room to familiarize guests with the history of vehicles, entry hall with reception, hygienic facilities for guests and base for staff and operations of the museum. In the second floor, there are offices for the museum, the commission of veterans, meeting room, storeroom, gaming-room, and daily room. The second part is the exhibition area. The third part is workshops and a base to remove operating fluids from cars. The investor is a passionate collector of historic vehicles and wants to share his collection with the public.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of kinderschule in the city Bucovice. The house is as a detached house in a newly-built area. The object is double-storeyed and without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof. On the first floor there is one nursery department for eighteen children and technical facilities, on the second floor there is also one nursery department for eighteen children, a multipurpose hall and the head office. The house is build from brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.
