Bachelor thesis is focused on the batch systems. In the theoretical section is briefly described philosophy of batch systems and standard ANSI / ISA 88, which is an important document in the batch process. The next section describes describes several programs for managing batch processes of Czech and world production. The last part includes preparation, design and realization of laboratory for task model batch process control using COMES Batch module.

This bachelor thesis is focused on using different types of caterpillar tracks with effort to minimize pressure of vehicle on forest land and keep the required speed and traction. The fractionation of undercarriage and evaluate of their abilities is provided in this work. After that, the process of deploying tracks and process of tensioning tracks is described. In the end the conceptual design of undercarriage is conducted

MODAS DataPoint binary and analog inputs tester

Main accomplishment of this master’s thesis is to make a module for verification of the function binary and analog inputs (analog inputs only for current loop between 0-20mA) on data logger MODAS DataPoint. Hardware testing device will be made on development kit STM32F3-Discovery from STMicroelecronics Company. Device generates testing signals for confirmation of the function MODAS DataPoint device. Testing device communicates with MODAS DataPoint device via Ethernet, communication between PC application and hardware of the testing device is realized by USB interface in DFU mode. Solution included PC application, where you can connect to the tester device and tested Modas DP device. Furtheremore, the test starts here and application inform user about during a test, processed measured data and generate output protocols.

Safety of CNC Grinding machine

This thesis deals with safety of the CNC grinding machines. The first part of this thesis is focusing on legislative requirements of EU and Czech Republic, which concern with topic of this thesis. The second part of the thesis is focusing on the safety of the chosen grinding machine. The main parts of the machine which are important for safety are described and then the checklists for verification of the safety requirements are made.
