Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat systém hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti AMI Praha, a.s. a pokusit se navrhnout východiska pro zavedení kompetenčního modelu v hodnocení zaměstnanců. The main aim of my bachelory thesis is to analyse permomance management of company AMI Praha, a.s. and to try to propose key-account starting points for creation of new system of job evalution based on competency model.
