Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpoplatněním pozemních komunikací s důrazem na výkonové zpoplatnění, ostatní způsoby zpoplatnění jen krátce shrnuje. Tato práce také popisuje a srovnává technologie elektronického výběru poplatků. Praktická část je věnována systému elektronického výběru mýta ve Španělsku, a jeho vyhodnocení. This bachelor thesis is about road fee establishment. It put the accent on fee operation establishment, the rest types are just shortly summarized. This thesis also describes and compares electronical fee collection technologies. The main chapter is dedicated to electronical toll collection in Spain and it's evaluation.
