Předmětem práce je ukázat v praxi oběh účetních dokladů ve vybrané společnosti a vysvětlit podstatu nástrojů sloužících k zefektivnění tohoto procesu. Hlavní část práce je věnována analýze oběhu přijatých faktur, na kterou navazuje automatizace procesu pomocí modulu Workflow. V závěru jsou uvedeny výhody, které systémové řešení oběhu účetních dokladů přináší. The bachelor thesis describes the circulation of accounting documents in the specific company and shows the various options for solving this process. The main part of the work is analysis of the circulation of invoices from suppliers. It also describes the automation of process using the Workflow module. At the end of the work are presented the advantages of workflow for the company.
