V této práci je zmapována problematika autorských práv na poli počítačového softwaru. Blíže se v této práci zaměřuji na problematiku nasazení svobodného operačního systému do podniku. Ve studii je provedena analýza vhodnosti nasazení svobodného softwaru do společnost s 50-ti zaměstnanci, která se zabývá poradenskými službami. Konkrétně se jedná u služby v oblasti účetnictví, mzdové evidence, personálních služeb, daňového poradenství a právních služeb. Již zavedená počítačová síť fungující na operačním systému Windows a aplikačním softwaru pro tuto platformu, je nahrazena alternativními programy pod licencí open source. This work monitoring the issue of copyright in the field of computer software. Specialy in this work focuses on issues of deploying a free operating system to the enterprise. The study is an analysis of the appropriateness of the use of free software into a company with 50 employees, which specializes in advisory services. Specifically, it is in service in the field of accounting, payroll records, personnel services, tax advice and legal services. Already established computer network operating on the Windows operating system and application software for this platform, it is replaced by the alternative programs under open source licenses.
