Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem metod hodnocení zaměstnanců. Dále pomocí kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu zjišťuje, jaké metody jsou používány v soukromém sektoru a zda se jejich použití liší podle velikosti firmy. The Bachelor thesis is conserned with the description of employee appraisal methods. With quantitative and qualitative research, it investigates what methods are used in private sector and whether the use of them varies according to the size of the company.
