Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o. na základě veřejně dostupných informací k 31. 12. 2011. První část práce obsahuje metodologický rámec použitých metod pro strategickou a finanční analýzu, pro sestavení finančního plánu a pro stanovení hodnoty podniku. Na začátku praktické části je představen oceňovaný podnik a deklarován účel stanovení hodnoty podniku. Nezbytnou součástí procesu oceňování je strategická analýza a zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku v rámci finanční analýzy. Dále jsou prognózovány jednotlivé generátory tvorby hodnoty podniku, na základě kterých je sestaven finanční plán pro příští období. Na základě předpokladu pokračující existence podniku, byla pro stanovení hodnoty společnosti zvolena metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků DCF. The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o. based on publicly available information as at 31.12.2011. The first section details the methodological framework for strategic and financial analysis, building a financial plan and determining the market value of a company. The beginning of the practical part contains the evaluated company information and declares the purpose of determining the market value of a company. The strategic analysis and evaluation of a company's financial health is an essential part of the evaluation process. In addition, the individual company value generators are prognosed on the basis of which the financial plan for the next period is built. On the assumption of company's continued existence, the discounted cash flow method DCF was selected.
