Diplomová práca približuje nástroje a ciele menovej politiky FED a zároveň popisuje transmisný mechanizmus s jeho realizáciou. Pozornosť je potom venovaná definícii krízy ako takej s následujúcim popisom príčin, priebehu a menovej politiky FED počas súčasnej finančnej krízy. Práca je uzatváraná uvedením predokladaného dopadu krízy a predpoveď ďalšieho vývoja vo finančnom sektore a v reálnej ekonomike. Diplomová práce přibližuje nástroje a cíle měnové politiky FED a zároveň popisuje transmisní mechanizmus s její realizací. Pozornost je pak věnována definici krizy ako takové s následným popisem příčin, průběhu a měnové politiky FED počas současné finanční krize. Práce je uzavíraná uvedením předpokladaných dopadů krize a předpovědí dalšího vývoje ve finmančním sektoru a reálné ekonomiky. The diploma thesis describes the implementation of the monetary policy by FED and its goals. Afterwards the aim of the thesis is focus on the plain definition of a crisis followed by describtion of the causes and the course of the recent crisis and the monetary policy reactions of FED regarding the recent crisis. Finally, the thesis plots the assumed impacts of the crisis with a probable prediction of the following course of the crisis in the financial sector and the real economy.
