Ve své práci porovnávám vývoj ekonomiky ČR v průběhu transformace s fungováním centrálně plánované ekonomiky. Pokusila jsem se přiblížit fungování obou systémů, zhodnotit jejich pozitivní a negativní stránky a zamyslet se nad tím, zda byl celý transformační proces opravdu nezbytný. Charakteristiku obou systémů jsem se pokusila přiblížit na vývoji základních makroekonomických ukazatelů - HDP, inflaci a nezaměstnanosti. In my work, I compare the development of the economy of the Czech republic during the transformation to the functioning of centrally planned economy. I tried to bring the two systems, evaluate their positive and negative sites, and reflect on whether the whole transformation process really necessary. Characteristics of both systems I have tried to bring to the development of basic macroeconomic indicators -- GDP, inflation and unemployment.
