Cílem práce je vymezení vzájemných vztahů účetnictví s daní z příjmů právnických osob. V práci popisuji postup stanovení základu daně z příjmů. Rozsáhlou část věnuji daňovým a nedaňovým nákladům a jejich zobrazení v účetnictví. Následně pojednávám o výnosech, úpravě základu daně a výpočtu daně. V průběhu práce upozorňuji na důležité změny v zákoně o daních z příjmů, ke kterým došlo v roce 2008 a 2009. The aim of this study is delimitation of inter-relationship of accounting with the corporate income tax. The study describes the procedure for determining the income tax base. I give great attention to tax expenses and non-tax expenses and their delineation in the accounting. Then I deal with the income, tax base reduction and tax calculation. The study draws attention to important changes in the Income Tax Act, which occurred in 2008 and 2009.
