[cze][eng] Tato práce se zaměřuje na konfrontaci teorie a praxe v oblasti řízení talentovaných pracovníků. První část práce je zpracována výhradně na základě teoretických poznatků a odborné literatury. Je zaměřena především na vysvětlení pojmů talent a řízení talentů. Dále se pak zabývá jednotlivými oblastmi, na které je potřeba se v oblasti řízení talentů zaměřit. Druhou částí jsou naopak praktická východiska, procesy a programy společnosti IBM. Vzhledem k velikosti firmy je nutností takovéto procesy mít precizně připravené, a to nejen na papíře, ale také je uvést do praxe a dodržovat podmínky procesu pro zajištění jeho úspěšnosti. V této práci je popsán proces identifikace nových talentů, výběr, rozvoj a v neposlední řadě také udržení talentovaných pracovníků. Jednotlivé popisy oblastí jsou doplněny o obrázky a tabulky, aby daná problematika byla přehlednější. V této sekci práce je i částečně konfrontována teorie s praxí, jak se jednotlivé procesy a oblasti řízení společnosti IBM liší od teoreticky nadefinovaných oblastí řízení talentů. Důležitý je také odlišný pohled teorie a praxe na pojem "talent". Tato část je zpracována především na základě interních materiálů a rozhovorů s personalisty. Třetí část obsahuje shrnutí poznatků a závěry utvořené na základě porovnávání teoretické a praktické části. Ve čtvrté části tato práce hodnotí aktuální téma finanční krize a její vliv na oblast řízení talentů, především tedy z pohledu benefitů a bonusů pro talentované pracovníky. IBM.This assignment aims on the differences between the theory and praxes in managing of talented workers. The first part of the assignment is elaborated on theoretical base only and it is focused mainly on explanation of "talent" and "talent management" expressions. Further on the first part describes specific areas where the accent in talent management is necessary. The second part on the contrary to the first part deals with practical issues, processes and programs of the IBM. With respect to the company's size it is necessary to have the talent management precisely prepared as a part of company strategy, which is accomplished as a company's routine not only as a paperwork. This part contains process description of talent identification, selection, development and also retaining talented workers. Single area descriptions are completed by pictures and tables to make it well-arranged. In this section there are partly compared praxes with the theory. There is shown confrontation among theoretically defined areas and processes of talent management and IBM's areas and processes of talent management. Also important is different understanding of "talent" between theory and praxes. The third part summarizes findings and conclusions based on the confrontation between practical and theoretical parts. The fourth part evaluates actual topic of world financial crisis and its impact on the field of talent management mainly from benefits and bonuses for talented workers point of view.
