Práce pojednává teoreticky o běžných i méně užívaných bankrotních a bonitních modelech. Praktcky porovnává stavební podniky HOCHTIEF CZ a OHL ŽS a posuzuje jejich finanční kondici a riziko krachu. Theme of this bachelor theses is comparison of 2 building comapnies. The teoretical part describes common and rare bankruptcy a financial standings models. In the practical part I have focused myself on the financial analysis and comparison through bankruptcy and financial standings models. The goal was to find out if HOVHTIEF CZ will survive in the future.
