Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení a charakteristika financování pomocí leasingu a úvěru. U každé formy financování jsou uvedeny specifické znaky obou forem financování, výhody a nevýhody, charakteristika trhu, právní i daňové aspekty dané formy financování. Obě formy financování jsou srovnány jak teoreticky, tak prakticky na konkrétním případu leasingové smlouvy. Purpose of the thesis is a comparison of financing by leasing and by credit. The specific symbols, the advantages and disadvantages, the characteristic of market, the law and tax aspects of both forms of financing are mentioned. Both forms of financing are compared theroretically as well as practically.
