Cieľom práce je analýza vplyvu starnutia obyvateľstva na vývoj na trhu práce v ČR v komparácii s krajinami EÚ a návrh riešenia vplyvu tohto celospoločenského javu. Riešenie je rozdelené na teoretickú a analytickú časť. Teoretická časť obsahuje popis záverov publikácií venovaných danej problematike, úvod do teórie demografie a stratégie prijaté medzinárodnými organizáciami a ČR s cieľom eliminácia negatívnych vplyvov starnutia populácie. Analytická časť je venovaná demografickému vývoju a situácii na trhu práce v ČR v porovnaní s vývojom krajín EÚ. V poslednej kapitole sú navrhnuté potrebné kroky a opatrenia na riešenie problémov spôsobených starnutím obyvateľstva. Cílem práce je analýza vlivu stárnutí populace na vývoj na trhu práce v ČR v komparaci se zeměmi EU a návrh řešení dopadů tohoto celospolečenského jevu. Řešení je rozděleno na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis závěrů publikací věnovaných dané problematice, úvod do teorie demografie a strategie přijaté mezinárodními organizacemi a ČR s cílem eliminace negativních dopadů stárnutí populace. Analytická část je věnovaná demografickému vývoji a situaci na trhu práce v ČR v porovnaní s vývojem zemí EU. V poslední kapitole jsou navrhnuty potřebné kroky a opatření pro řešení problémů způsobených stárnutím obyvatelstva. This document discusses the impact of aging on the labour market in the Czech Republic to examine the labour market situation and propose options for solving the consequences of aging. The theoretical part is introduced by two publications, in which is the impact of aging on the labour market based on the projection of the demographic changes in OECD countries by 2050. Next part of this paper focuses on the definition of basic demographic indicators. Afterwards, there are described approaches of international organizations to this problem. The analytical section begins with the demographic characteristics of the population in the Czech Republic, followed by the projection of future demographic trends. Then, the paper analyzes the situation on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The paper is closed up by the review of the labour market in the Czech Republic and by recommendations for the identified issues, which are divided into 4 parts, according to policy goals set in The Implementation Regional Strategy by United Nations.
