Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu manažerské metody aplikovanou na konkrétním vybraném projektu. Cílem práce je prokázání efektivity metody Design to cost na snižování nákladů vybraného podnikatelského subjetku. Použitím analýzy, statistického softwaru byla ověřena efektivita této metody. Autor prokázal úsporu nákladů konkrétního projektu ve výši 17 % (3,95 mil. Kč). The thesis focuses on the analysis of managerial method applied to the specific project selected. The aim is to demonstrate the effectiveness of Design to cost method to reduce costs in selected business entity. Using analysis of statistical software has been verified effectiveness of this method. The author demonstrated a specific project cost savings of 17% (3,95 million CZK).
