Spokojenost pacientů s ošetřovatelskou péčí na chirurgickém oddělení jednotky intenzivní péče Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. Současným trendem zdravotnictví je orientace na pacienta, snaha vyhovět jeho přáním a tak docílit jeho spokojenosti. Míra celkové spokojenosti i spokojenost v jednotlivých oblastech poskytované péče je významným ukazatelem kvality péče v daném zdravotnickém zařízení. Z těchto důvodů jsou pacienti žádáni, aby kvalitu péče hodnotili. Tyto výsledky je možné využít, jako zdroj podnětů pro zlepšování kvality péče. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit míru spokojenosti pacientů s ošetřovatelskou péčí na jednotce intenzivní péče chirurgického oddělení Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. Byla stanovena hypotéza: Pacienti hospitalizovaní na jednotce intenzivní péče chirurgického oddělení Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. jsou spokojeni s poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péčí. Výzkumný soubor tvořili pacienti chirurgického oddělení jednotky intenzivní péče Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. Ke sběru dat byla použita metoda dotazování, technikou dotazníku. Celkem bylo rozdáno 120 dotazníků, konečný počet dotazníků pro zpracování dat tvořil 95 dotazníků. Z vyhodnocených výsledků vyplynulo, že převážná většina pacientů hospitalizovaných na jednotce intenzivní péče chirurgického oddělení Nemocnice České Budějovice byla velmi spokojena s poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péčí. Výsledky sledování spokojenosti pacientů jsou velmi dobrou zpětnou vazbou pro personál. Spokojenost pacientů s ošetřovatelkou péčí přímo souvisí s uspokojováním pacientových potřeb a vzájemnou komunikací mezi sestrami a nemocnými. Výsledky práce budou poskytnuty managementu chirurgického oddělení, staniční sestře a sestrám jednotky intenzivní péče a mohou posloužit k zamyšlení nad poskytovanou úrovní péče Patient satisfaction regarding the quality of nursing care administered by the surgical department`s intensive care unit of Ceske Budejovice Hospital, a.s. Patient orientation - the effort to comply with his/her requests to achieve his/her satisfaction - is the current trend in health service. The overall satisfaction rate as well as the satisfaction in individual areas of medical care is the important indicator of the quality of care in a hospital. For these reasons patiens are asked to evaluate the quality of medical care. The outcome can be used as the source of suggestions for improving health care quality. The goal of the bachelor`s thesis is to find out the overall satisfaction rate with the nursing care of patiens hospitalized at the surgical department{\crq}s intensive care unit of České Budějovice hospital, a.s.. I set up the hypothesis: The patiens hospitalized at the surgical department{\crq}s intensive care unit of České Budějovice hospital, a.s. are satisfied with the provided nursing care. The research sample consists of patients of the surgical department{\crq}s intensive care unit. The questionnaire method was used. 120 patients were polled and 95 questionnaires were handed in. The final result shows that the vast majority of patiens hospitalized at the surgical department{\crq}s intensive care unit of České Budějovice hospital was very satisfied with provided nursing care. The results of the monitoring of patient satisfaction are a very good feedback for the personnel. Patient satisfaction is directly connected with satisfying patient needs and mutual communication between nurses and patiens. The conclusions of the bachelor{\crq}s thesis will be given to the management of the surgical department, the departmental sister and the nurses at the intensive unit care and can be used for reflection on provided nursing
